Revelations about the Southern Poverty Law Center—SPLC–have revealed much about those who would “fundamentally transform” America. The SPLC could not exist and prosper without a steady supply of racism, but the law of supply and demand exists, despite the best efforts of domestic Communists to deny it.

Democrats have, for decades, and despite the notable success of the Civil Rights Movement, screamed that America is a fundamentally racist nation, irredeemable and evil. Fortunately, that’s a lie. Americans are the most generous, tolerant, and just people on Earth. The Democrat demand for racism has always exceeded the supply, and the SPLC, seeing an opportunity, was dedicated to supplying that demand.
So, they paid people to be racists, keeping tiny racist organizations alive, stirring the racial grievance pot, and profiting handsomely from manufacturing the hate they claimed to be nobly fighting. Notable among the SPLC’s perfidy was news of a high-ranking functionary who not only paid a racist, but lived with him and used donated funds for their personal expenses. Now, because of her arrest, we’re certain who she is:

Authorities arrested Heidi Beirich, the former chief financial officer of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Tuesday as part of the fraud case against the SPLC, Attorney General Todd Blanche announced.
“My understanding is, today there was an arrest made and there is a new indictment that includes the former CFO of SPLC,” Blanche said in a press conference Tuesday.
The Justice Department announced the arrest of Beirich, a 59-year-old resident of Palm Springs, California, after Blanche’s press conference.
The SPLC faces federal charges of wire fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering related to its alleged payments to members of the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, and other groups. While the center claims it was paying informants in order to combat extremism, the Justice Department claims it was propping up the extremism that it claims it exists to oppose. The Justice Department also claims the SPLC opened bank accounts for fictitious entities to funnel cash to the extremists.
The newly unsealed superseding indictment against the SPLC and Beirich includes the initial 11 counts and two more criminal counts. Three of the counts include Beirich: wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering.
Beirich and an informant known as “F-9” shared bank accounts and a house. Over a six-year period, about $140,000 was deposited in Beirich and F-9’s joint bank accounts, about 66% of all the money ever found in those accounts. It was money donated to the SPLC to fight the racism that didn’t exist, that the SPLC created.

“I think, as alleged in the indictment, this individual participated in the scheme, as alleged, I believe she was part of the effort to open bank accounts in completely fictitious companies’ names and make payments to individuals for reasons that that were not accurate as as described,” Blanche said.
“This is exactly what we said would happen in a case like this, which is that our investigators and the US attorneys and the agents working the case will can keep on working it even after the initial indictment,” he added.
It’s important to remember the position of the SPLC in the Democrat establishment. It was the one organization essential to the entire Democrat woke/DEI/CRT narrative. Its pronouncements of racism were treated as gospel by the Democrat media and Democrat politicians, and for decades, Republicans were scared to death of being denounced by the SPLC or being labeled as racists or haters.
But as they are prone to do, Democrats overplayed their hand. Innumerable incidents of supposed racism, particularly on college campuses, were exposed as hoaxes. So sloppy did they become in slinging charges of racism against people who were the furthest thing from racists that the charge is now easily ignored.
Normal Americans, who have always, quietly, appreciated the improvement in race relations won by the Civil Rights Movement, have had enough, and they’re not accepting race cards anymore.
Beirich’s arrest is potentially going to be the end of the SPLC. One can be certain the DOJ is going to flip her for information that will expose the full rot and evil of the SPLC, an organization that has worked hand in glove with anti-American Democrats and perhaps even foreign enemies to destroy America from within. We’ll soon see if Beirich and others are true believers, or merely con artists who know when to hold and fold.
