Continuously throughout the year, the U.S. Census Bureau randomly selects households to participate in the American Community Survey “Residents,” potentially including illegal aliens, are included in the rolls. Questions can change, but have been assigned to four general categories:

Demographic Characteristics: Age, sex, race, Hispanic or Latino origin, and family relationship to the primary resident.

Social Characteristics:  School enrollment, educational attainment, marital status, ancestry, language spoken at home, citizenship status, veteran status, and disability status.

Economic Characteristics: Employment status, commute time/mode of travel to work, occupation, industry, income, benefits, and poverty status.

Housing Characteristics: Whether a home is owned or rented, number of rooms/bedrooms, utility costs, value of the home, and available vehicles.

They need to add another one — since this is the American Community Survey, let’s call it “Americanization Characteristics.” In part, it will determine if they are contributing to a decline of “social capital”; if they are “bowling alone,” if you please

Questions in this bracket will focus on a respondent’s level of assimilation into their local community. Using a sliding-scale method, ask, “to what extent do you love your town/state/country?” If a respondent’s response reflects a degree of anti-Americanism, then branch off to ask, “Which of these countries would you prefer to live in,” then enumerate countries that are amenable to accepting our deportees (e.g., Honduras, Uganda, South Sudan [with limitations], etc.)

While personally identifiable data cannot legally be revealed, aggregated data may inform decision makers. The Census Bureau tracks specific addresses that return the survey, either online or by mail; they will know what geographic region is associated with each tranche of surveys. Therefore, if a community is inundated with residents-cum-illegal aliens who willfully admit to not loving our country, they may be of interest to ICE.

That may already be obvious in places like “Little Mogadishu.” Nevertheless, in a milieu wherein socialist Dems demand open borders, the immigrant ingrates’ professed disdain for us contradicts their sanctimonious grandstanding. Documented results from the ACS will guide our efforts to deport them since it will be mutually beneficial. Openness works both ways.

Completing the ACS is legally required, so if a respondent hates her host country (e.g., Ilhan Omar), let’s uphold our tradition of magnanimity. Let’s give them what they want by humanely deporting them to their preferred overseas destination. There’s plenty of room for disagreement about policy intricacies, but unless they are Americanized in accord with our founding principles and way of life — adiós. After all, it’s called the American Community Survey.

Multitudes of visitors during the recent World Cup soccer tournament marveled that patriotic Americans are the friendliest of people. We don’t “bowl alone” in America, so if you don’t love us, if you show no interest in assimilation, then show the courage of your convictions — get the heck over to South Sudan, or thereabouts. Now let’s put AI to work on that ACS data collection and compilation.
