The brilliant Democrat politicians in California have figured out that when you set aside money for gay-run companies to get taxpayer money, some companies may pretend that they are gay-owned to get the money. It would be nice if these genius politicians in California and elsewhere also recognized how easy it is to game the system with the following:
- SNAP benefits
- Housing benefits
- Childcare benefits
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Obamacare
- PPP loans
- Unemployment benefits
- Males pretending to be females so they can invade female sports and locker rooms
- Voting—mail-in voting makes it easy to cheat
The media and other Democrats continually tell us that it oppresses minorities to make them show a photo ID and/or proof of citizenship to vote. They call such voter verifications “racist” and any voter integrity bill they falsely label as a “Jim Crow” law. They also say there is no election fraud, unless Republicans win.
Sadly, politicians in California and other states show little interest in cutting off the spigot from fraud. They are even actively blocking the federal government from getting lists of who receives the aid and who votes, effectively preventing the government from preventing fraud. They clearly don’t care about the taxpayers. They just keep confiscating more of the money we earn.
For years, Democrats falsely claimed that it is too hard for certain people to get photo IDs, birth certificates, or passports to prove they are eligible to vote.

But now the Democrats have come up with ways for gays to prove that they are gay. These look harder than getting a photo ID. You have to check one of the following boxes:
- Proof of qualifying owner(s)’ LGBT status
- Copy of valid, municipal or state license/certificate of marriage, civil union, or domestic partnership; or,
- Proof of domestic partnership health insurance utilization; or,
- Copy of petition for same-sex partner hospital visitation rights; or,
- Evidence of completed or attempted parenting or family building efforts with same-sex partners, including surrogacy, adoption, or in-vitro fertilization procedures; or,
- Joint living arrangement paperwork naming same-sex partner and reference to same-sex partner status must be made in the document. Examples of acceptable documents include: property, deeds/titles, lease or rental agreement, insurance (auto, health, home, etc.), phone/utility bills, wills, retirement plans, loans, lines of credit, investment holdings, etc.; or,
- One letter from the NGLCC affiliate chamber leader attesting to LGBT status of each business owner; or,
- Three letters of reference from personal contacts on their company letterhead or stationery who: have known owner for over one year; and can vouch for or attest to LGBT status; or,
- One letter from a recognized LGBT organization attesting to LGBT status and signed by the organization leader or board member; or,
- Physician carry letter evidencing gender reassignment or related medical procedures (for transgender applicants); or,
- Proof of media coverage, including publications, newspapers, or articles, explicitly stating
- LGBT status of owner(s); or,
- Physician or attorney letter establishing LGBT status of owner(s); or,
- Certificates, awards, recognition of owners as outstanding members of LGBT community; or,
- Legal petition for name/gender change (for transgender applicants).
The most humorous example of how to prove they are gay is if some media outlet reports that you are gay. It is no wonder so many people are misinformed if they believe that an article on anything is evidence of proof. That is like believing that Trump colluded with Russia because the media continually reported that lie. Or believing that Joe Biden was competent and moderate because that is what the media repeatedly said.
We know that Democrats know they are lying about photo IDs being hard to get, because they require them for anyone to attend their conventions, and Obama requires them to get into his new monstrosity museum in Chicago.
So where are the protests of all the people who support gays, and where is the outrage?
We don’t hear outrage about this law on The View, Morning Joe, Lawrence O’Donnell, Rachel Maddow, or other Democrat shows. Selective outrage is not outrage. It is programmed outrage to specifically misinform the public so they vote for Democrats.
