The ever-the-enemy of the people of California, Gov. Gavin Newsom, has just signed a sweeping package of 21 new California laws targeting aspects of federal immigration enforcement. The key measures, according to the Sacramento Bee:

- Ban on electroshock gloves for law enforcement in immigration raids, effective until 2030.
- Restrictions on ICE use of flash‑bang grenades during operations.
- Ban on masks by state, local, and federal officers to hide identities during immigration enforcement.
- 25% tax on private detention facilities to increase oversight and deter abuse.
- Expanded state authority to enforce health and safety standards in immigration detention.
- Limits on new detention facility construction in California.
- Bill of rights for people in civil custody, including immigration detention (SB 942, authored by Sen. Ana Caballero).
- Requirements for local agencies to release 911 call records from ICE facilities.
- Prohibition on hiring ICE officers with “serious misconduct” into state jobs or police roles.
U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli immediately reminded him of the law: “If you want to regulate federal agents, you have to win a federal election. Until then, you have no jurisdiction.”
The DOJ has already nullified Newsom’s illegal legislation.
By attempting to restrict ICE, Newsom is condemning California’s law-abiding citizens to all manner of migrant crime: rape, murder, fraud, burglary, assault, the sexual abuse and trafficking of children, the theft of taxpayer dollars to support the millions of illegal migrants in this state and the wholesale corruption of the NGOs and pols who run the state like their personal piggy banks. Newsom has done more damage to California than can be properly assessed and now he wants to do further damage. His legacy will be one of corruption and destruction.
Unless Steve Hilton is elected to the office of governor, it is doubtful the state will ever recover. Xavier Beccera is as corrupt and shady as Newsom. His one claim to infamy is that he spent much of his time in office suing President Donald Trump.
For those keeping score (we were), Becerra took the Trump administration to court a whopping 110 times.
If he becomes governor of California, his administration will be as corrupt, as pro-illegal migrant as Newsom’s terms in office have been – fraught with endless scandals. That he was elected twice is a sad commentary on the wisdom and intelligence of California voters and the skill with which the powers that be commit vote fraud. That, of course, is what mail-in ballots are all about — cheating.
Republican voters in Los Angeles (there are far more of them than the media would have us believe) know, without a shred of doubt, that Spencer Pratt won the Los Angeles mayoral primary.

Taking weeks to allegedly “count the ballots” is quite obviously the well-practiced scheme of simply coming up with the number of ballots needed to push the preferred Democrat candidate into the winning spot. Few had ever heard of Nithya Raman and yet she was, after a week or so, suddenly in second place on our calculatingly devious “ranked-choice” ballots. The left-media of course virulently denies this at every opportunity but Angelenos know what they know; the Democrats cheat.
Media denials aside, the left has developed election cheating down to a science.
Leftwing lawyers Mark Elias and Andrew Weismann are the two principal architects of the numerous schemes that guarantee their unearned victories.
That Newsom survived his recall is suspicious. Anyone familiar with the cast of characters that perpetrated the Russia hoax – the syndicate that peddled Crossfire Hurricane, Arctic Frost, and the rest of the left’s stupidly named “investigations” that were launched to destroy Donald Trump, knows that Newsom, Beccera, Kamala Harris, Schiff, etc., the rest of the left all willingly took part in the plot. Cheating is in their DNA.
And given that fact, California will likely not survive as the great state it once was. No matter how many votes Steve Hilton gets, Becerra will be deemed the winner and he will follow Newsom’s thoroughly corrupt way of being.
Newsom signifies everything that has gone so wrong with the Democrat party. He was a terrible mayor of San Francisco, he was unfaithful to his first wife, he lied about his background, and he used the offices he’s held to massively enrich himself. He should never get close to the Oval Office.
