Story 1: Measles.
The media and other Democrats are working very hard to blame Trump and Robert Kennedy for an increase in measles cases. These are the same people who treated everything Fauci said as gospel. They participated in destroying families, individuals, and especially children by regurgitating everything Fauci said and silencing—and seeking to destroy—anyone who disagreed. They still hide the truth about Fauci because they are also guilty.
The media report that U.S. measles cases increased from 285 in 2024 to 2,289 in 2025, but what they don’t report is that Mexico’s cases increased from 7 in 2024 to 5,741 in 2025, while Mexico’s population is only about 40% the size of the United States population. Canada’s cases went from 146 in 2024 to 5,462 in 2025, even though Canada’s population is only about 12% of the United States’.
The media hide these facts because they can’t blame Trump for the much higher number of cases in our neighbors.
Story 2: Immigration and deaths.
The media’s reporting on illegal immigration deaths varies depending on who’s in the White House.
In 2019, there were 300 deaths at the U.S.-Mexico border. In 2020, there were 254. Then Biden opened the floodgates, and deaths went up to 557. By 2022, they had risen to 853.
In 2022, Biden’s policies had made the U.S.-Mexico border the deadliest in the world.
Now, Trump has made the border secure, so deaths decreased to 130 in 2025.
Throughout Trump’s first presidency, the media claimed that these deaths were overwhelmingly important. However, during Biden’s presidency, they ignored or downplayed deaths and other crimes at the border and pushed relentlessly to advance Democrat plans to reopen the border. They’ve been mostly silent about Trump’s having dramatically reduced border-crossing deaths.
The same pattern appears when it comes to children crossing the border. The media and other Democrats claim to care about unaccompanied children, but they still don’t care about the more than 300,000 children lost, and potentially trafficked, during the Biden years, and they don’t report on the 146,000 recovered by the Trump administration.
Story 3: Low hurricane activity
For decades, the public has been bombarded with endless reports about how humans and our use of oil, natural gas, and coal have made hurricanes more numerous and stronger.
The media essentially bury the fact that Atlantic hurricane activity has been extremely low since Katrina hit in 2005.

- 2024: 5 hurricanes (Beryl, Debby, Francine, Helene, Milton)

- 2026 (as of August): 0 hurricanes
The narrative is wrong, but the reporting hasn’t changed.
Story 4: Despite What You’ve Heard, the World Isn’t on Fire
Forest fires are also not worse. Additionally, a significant number of fires are set by people and not caused by the climate.
Thus, despite what the public is repeatedly told by the UN and other green pushers, there has never been a direct correlation between the amount of oil, coal, natural gas, cars, trucks, cows, CO2, and anything else that humans have done or used and temperatures, sea levels, floods, droughts, or fires. The climate is, and always has been, cyclical through billions of years.
Democrats want the Green New Deal to control the people, not the climate.
Story 5: Crime and guns
The murder rate has declined to the lowest level in 120 years of record-keeping. Other crimes are also dropping. Whenever the media report on this, they claim to have no idea why. Could it be that the Trump administration is focused on getting career criminals off the streets and keeping dangerous criminals from crossing the border?
The media mostly ignore arrests of dangerous criminals while acting as though the Justice Department is focused on people like James Comey, about whom they do endless reporting.
Think how much lower crime would be if we didn’t have soft-on-crime prosecutors, judges, and sanctuary cities letting criminals roam free. Think how much worse it would be if we elected Democrats who want open borders, fewer prisons, to get rid of ICE, and reduced funding for police.
Mass killings have also hit a twenty-year low, but you wouldn’t know it from the reporting.
Whenever there is a mass shooting or murder with a gun, Democrats want more gun restrictions on law-abiding citizens. There is clearly no correlation between the number of guns and murders and mass shootings. If there were, the fact that Americans possess about 506 million guns today, a huge increase since the estimated 400 million civilian-owned firearms in 2019, would mean more crime, not less.
Story 6: Terrorism is down significantly
Trump has been working very hard to reduce wars around the world and to defund Iran, its terrorist proxies, and cartels, and the results are great. But the media will never admit it or report it because they pretend that Trump is making the world more dangerous.
In reality, global terrorist incidents and deaths , reaching their lowest levels since 2007. Worldwide terrorism deaths fell by 28% to 5,582, and total attacks declined by 22% to 2,944.
Instead of reporting on these important stories, most of the media will do a deep dive on a Trump aide named Natalie Harp because a senator read a stupid statement at a campaign event.
It is sad and humorous when the media and other Democrats attack people like Harp, Karoline Leavitt, and Todd Blanche because they work for Trump. These people not only cheered for people like Psaki, KJP, Garland, and others as they bowed to Biden. They also participated in the lie that Biden’s policies were good and that Biden was sharp and vigorous.
