Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, the Democrat nominee in Michigan’s senate race, recently made a comparison between himself and Jesus Christ, because Jesus was “radical in his time too.” Here’s the video:

Abdul El-Sayed compares himself to Jesus Christ:

Have you ever seen “logic” so faulty? Yes, Jesus was radical for his time, and He’s radical still today…but in a good way. He preached radical love, and made the claim that He was the Christ—a pretty bold and radical proclamation—the Son of God who came to Earth to offer a free gift of eternal life, purchased only by His death in the sinner’s place, to any who might take it.
El-Sayed’s brand of radicalism though—if you can ever consider one more Muslim terrorist that “radical” because it’s an entirely unoriginal and overused trope—is radical in a bad way.
Radical like Vladimir Lenin, whose goons slaughtered a Christian ruler and his young children in a basement, whose Bolshevik regime executed thousands of Christian priests because of their faith, and whose underlings tortured so many innocent people by forcing their hands into boiling water until their skin peeled off in an intact skin glove, the torture method became known as the “Soviet Glove.”
Radical like Joseph Stalin, who robbed from the poor (then murdered them) in what he called “collectivization,” to subsidize himself and the political elites. (In contrast, Jesus took great compassion on the poor, and perfectly obeyed the Eight Commandment, “Thou shalt not steal.”)

Radical like Pol Pot, who oversaw a regime that murdered people based on whether or not they wore glasses because it was an indication that they were readers, and therefore educated and informed as to how bad “radical” leftism was (and is).
Radical like Che Guevara, who waged warfare on teenage boys and pregnant women, like the time his “radical” comrades pumped bullets into 15-year-old Carlos Machado and his twin brother because they tried to resist the theft of their family farm and Juana Diaz Figueroa and her in-utero baby, who was just six months old.
These people hate Jesus and they hate His teachings, but they’ll call on His name for political points? The arrogance is disgusting.
As a Christian, I’m supposed to desire that all would drink from the water of life freely, but in my flesh, I look forward to the day that Jesus will tell some: “I never knew you.”
