James Talarico has the best “greatest hits” collection since Beto O’Rourke said that he was going to take your AR-15 away. We learned this week that Talarico spoke of “our neighbors with a uterus.” WTF?

Let’s check this out:

The Democrat used the expression while lamenting Roe v. Wade being overturned, which brought the issue of abortion back to the state level.

“Every one of our neighbors with a uterus became property of the state,” he claimed.

In another clip, the Democrat talks about how “neighbors with a uterus” should be able to “control their own body” – leftist code for murdering their unborn child without repercussions.

It remains unclear what the woke Democrat uses to describe women who have had hysterectomies and therefore no longer have a uterus. It also remains unclear how this description aligns with the values of his far-left progressive allies, as they believe men, who do not have a uterus, can also be women. For example, many Democrats consider transgender lawmaker Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE) – a biological man formerly known as Tim – a woman.

That’s funny, but I always thought that a person with a uterus was called a woman. How does Talarico refer to his girlfriend? The person with a uterus that I met in Austin? Again, I don’t pretend to speak for women, but the women in my family would be angry if you refer to them as someone with a uterus.

Who speaks like that?

A person who speaks like that is someone trying to be cute before a liberal audience or podcast.  They are trying to be inclusive and do not want to offend anyone, especially the person who goes around referring to “itself” as someone with a uterus.

Will it work in Texas? It’s hard to see that working outside of some Austin bars or parties. My experience is that Texans use different words to refer to women. And I don’t know of any woman in Texas, or anywhere I’ve ever lived, who invites you to a “uterus” shower to celebrate whatever is happening inside their body.

Last, but not least, are we making too much of these Talarico quotes? Sooner or later, I’d like to know where he stands on foreign policy (i.e. Iran or Ukraine), a military draft, crime in the cities, immigration policy, etc. Talarico has a lot of vulnerabilities beyond talking about a neighbor with a uterus.

He is a strange dude, and I can’t wait to see him talk to Hispanic women in South Texas about their neighbors with a uterus.
