Leander, TX — Gun Owners of America (GOA), along with lead plaintiff Silencer Shop, made history tonight as GOA members Brandon Herrera and Wes Virdell lawfully acquired suppressors without complying with the currently enjoined registration requirements of the National Firearms Act of 1934.
This is a historic change in how the government has restricted our commonsense civil rights for the last 92 years. Several content creators have produced short videos on the subject, explaining these events and their somewhat complex legal ramifications.

Naturally, the nation’s socialist media and gun-grabbing ghouls are losing their collective cookies over the deregulation of what is properly a hearing protection device.

This is just a part of a subtle shift in momentum in the cause of liberty in disparate but important areas. Because events are foreshadowing a showdown of individualism versus collectivism, economic freedom versus communism, and classic liberals versus DSA demonic sociopaths. In short, a titanic contest between good and evil on a global scale.
One side essentially wants society to leave them alone, whereas the other considers it imperative that society be in control of everyone for the “common good.” One side simply wants to work and earn a living and thus contribute to society. The other considers their existence enough of a contribution to society, and it should support them whether they work or not (mostly not).

Lefties constantly need to lie and gaslight to foment their plans. Their cynical scheme is to offer a plethora of freebies that will never be fulfilled and rely on force when these fall short, as it always has been throughout history.
The past few weeks have included near-constant gaslighting by the far left — the “sudden” rise in communism as the new cool concept on the block. Either that, or it was the “fear vibe” of this rising red tide that no one would be able to “resist.”
The same also holds for the rising tide against guns by the ghouls of the gun-grabber lobby. Everyone is supposed to be turning away in fear from firearms because of the “epidemic” (gee, where have we heard that kind of talk before?) of inanimate object violence (pardon us, “gun violence”).
Again, we’re all supposed to look at the scourge of mass shootings and all clamor to be controlled. Thus the connection between the two concepts.
But the trends are toward freedom. It’s not just that the DSA have lost momentum; it’s that the trends are positive on the 2nd Amendment.
The “engaged in the business” rule is kaput, and so are their cherished dreams of a made-for-confiscation gun registry. That was the first domino to drop.
Then we had another example of a good guy with a gun stopping a mass shooting — destroying the lie from the ghouls that this never happens. Lefties never seem to like it when a good guy with a gun saves lives, and it also discourages other mass-murdering sociopaths. That case was even worse for the ghouls, since the hero also had a suppressor on his handgun.
So everything is going in the wrong direction for the left — away from them and toward liberty. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer set of sociopaths.
