The clip is beyond ironic, because while Page talks about how “absurd” the idea that the natural world functions under a “cis hetero patriarchal structure” is, the viewer can’t help but be overwhelmed by her own absurdity.

Every single animal species on Earth that sexually reproduces abides by a “cis hetero patriarchal structure” without human intervention or influence—because they all reproduce. If they didn’t, the species wouldn’t even be here. I’m assuming she isn’t a creationist, and presumably believes animal life pre-existed human life, so how did those creatures procreate, if humans weren’t there to box them in a “cis hetero patriarchal structure” container? It’s all so ludicrous. Because a couple of male penguins raised a chick together all the animals are gay, and all of reality is no longer real?
Secondly, she says that the “gender binary,” is just a “quaint little myth,” seemingly intimating it’s a fiction propagated by those awful traditional conservatives with their bigoted Christian values, taking a moment to condemns the idea of women being “submissive.” Coming from a woman…who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to switch to being a “man.”

Swapping from one…to the other. That’s not a ternary structure…it’s not a quaternary structure (and so on)…it’s a binary structure. On a side note, Page recently did the media rounds for the new Odyssey movie in which she has a prominent role, and someone said she spent a fortune just to look like a “ventriloquist dummy,” which is actually hilarious, shockingly accurate, and I can’t unsee it:
