The brutal, senseless murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak by Vickrum Digwa in the U.K. has shocked the Western world.

What angered so many British citizens – as well as Europeans and even Americans – is the callous manner in which the British police doubted and downplayed Digwa’s version of events and even handcuffed the dying and bleeding Nowak because of his killer’s false accusations of “racism.”
Indoctrinated into woke “two-tier” policing, the officers automatically believed the stabber, whom they were conditioned to view as an automatically oppressed and endangered minority.
Of course, this is far from only a British problem. Such double standards discriminate against law-abiding citizens in our own sanctuary jurisdictions, or, for that matter, in any soft-on-crime Western city, be it New York, Paris, or Berlin. What binds them together is that they exemplify the betrayal of their own societies by Western pro-mass-migration elites.
Henry Nowak’s killer received a life sentence, with a minimum sentence of 21 years earlier in June. But none of that will bring the young man back. Nor will it change the fact that unchecked mass migration into the West has visibly increased violent crime and turned similar atrocities (committed either by migrants or their unassimilated children) into a disturbing “new normal” in the West, especially in Western Europe. Even those who don’t closely monitor migrant crime in Europe are struck, on a regular basis, by a constant stream of stabbings, murders, and rapes, and a palpable general decline in public safety.
Influential voices, such as Elon Musk or Vice President J.D. Vance, have linked the Henry Nowak murder to the negative impact of mass Third World migration. Pro-mass-migration talking heads immediately worked overtime to deflect and deny that the tragedy had anything whatsoever to do with mass immigration, losing sight of the forest for the trees.
One might point out that Mr. Musk erred by referring to Nowak’s killer as an immigrant. It is true that Digwa was born in the U.K. to Indian immigrant parents, just as Nowak was to a father who immigrated from Poland (thus also holding Polish citizenship). However, the fact that both Digwa and Nowak were the children of immigrants in no way changes the fact that unchecked mass migration has unleashed a horrible (and preventable!) crime wave upon Western societies – the big picture which nitpicking by politicians and the media is intended to distract from.
In fact, the murder shows that that endless immigration – especially from violent societies that, on top of it all, bear grudges against host Western societies – can harm even the children of immigrants. When Henry Nowak’s father emigrated to the U.K., he surely could not have imagined that his British-born son would one day be brutally taken away from him at the tender age of 18 due to decades of irresponsible mass migration policies.

In another recent case of brutal footage that shook the world, British citizen Stephen Ogilvie was viciously assaulted in Belfast by Sudanese national Hadi Alodid, who sat on top of Ogilvie’s body as he attempted to decapitate him. Although the British man survived, he sustained life-threatening injuries and was blinded in one eye while facing the risk of losing sight in his other eye.
Sadly, savage acts – such as the murder of Henry Nowak by the child of immigrants or the attempted murder of Stephen Ogilvie by a recent migrant – seem to have become the “new normal” in Western societies.
In both cases, what is particularly striking – and deeply infuriating – is the reaction of the pro-mass-migration political and media establishment, including embattled U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer. To these globalist, open-borders cheerleaders, the fates of Nowak and Ogilvie were not an impetus to rethink decades of naïve, self-destructive immigration policies. Instead, they were mere PR challenges – inconvenient burdens that had to be downplayed and, above all else, treated as completely isolated cases. Their greatest concern is not to protect their own citizens, but only to prevent the so-called “far right” and critics of mass migration from “capitalizing” on the tragedy and gaining more support for reducing out-of-control mass migration
Such whistling past the graveyard is not only disgusting and dishonorable, but downright cowardly and spineless. In fact, under the mask of fake compassion (only for migrant criminals) it hides something even worse: a total callousness towards victims of crime and their own citizens. In essence, it is a base abdication of the most essential function of government and a total betrayal of the social contract – all in the name of what evolutionary psychologist Gad Saad aptly calls “suicidal empathy.”
What happened to Henry Nowak – and Stephen Ogilvie, and so many other Europeans and Americans – is an absolutely scathing indictment of globalist Western elites and their open borders and “open society” agenda. However, we are not guinea pigs – to be sacrificed for the sake of a utopian social experiment or to appease the elites’ feelings of historical guilt – and we shouldn’t have to live like this.
