Who is Nidal Malik Hasan? He’s an Army Psychiatrist who, on Nov. 5, 2009, at Ft. Hood, TX, yelled “alahu akbar” and murdered 13, including a pregnant servicewoman, and wounded 32 before being shot and paralyzed by responding security forces. Since then, he has been coddled and supported, even praised. His continuing existence is an affront to our troops and every loyal American. Not for much longer.

SecWar Pete Hegseth has ordered his execution by firing squad, a long overdue act of justice approved by President Trump.
If Hasan’s execution is indeed carried out by a firing squad, it would mark the first such case for the service since Jan. 31, 1945, when Pvt. Eddie D. Slovik was executed by a U.S. Army firing squad in France for desertion during World War II.
The last death sentence carried out by the U.S. military was in 1961, when Army Pvt. John Bennett was executed by hanging at the gallows in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, after he was convicted of raping and attempting to kill a young girl.
Hasan admitted to his attack at court-martial, and in 2013 said he did it to support the Taliban.
Former Army Staff Sgt. Patrick Zeigler, a two-time combat veteran, was shot four times in the attack and spent nearly a year recovering in various hospitals.
“He looked me straight in the eyes as he pointed the gun at me, and a split second later, I’m on the floor with a hole in my head,” he told the Killeen Daily Herald in 2023.
This is a real SecWar:

Hegseth told Human Events’ Jack Posobiec that deciding the circumstances of the execution was a “no brainer. Execution by firing squad. An Army major betrays his country, [he’s a] radical Islamist, kills a bunch of Americans at Fort Hood. Of course, we’re gonna do [the execution] at Fort Hood. Gonna do it on a Thursday, we’re gonna do it at 1:00, which is when he did it, and it’s gonna be soldiers with rifles executing the firing squad.”
The execution will be televised.
He remembered angrily how then-President Barack Obama referred to Hasan’s devastating terrorist attack, which injured over 30 people and killed more than a dozen, as “workplace violence,” because Obama didn’t want to admit the underlying ideology. “I mean, that’s what we’re up against. That’s the worldview we’re up against is ‘workplace violence,’” Hegseth exclaimed. In other words, he wants to send a message to Americans not just about one specific criminal, but about how America should deal with Islamic terrorism.
“No, we know what it is. It was a radical Islamist attack in uniform inside the ranks, and so he’s gonna get a firing squad of soldiers, as it should be,” Hegseth continued. “And we’ll make sure that people are able to watch it, that it’s public, because people need to understand that… there’s serious consequences for these types of things.”

Asked if Hasan had made any final requests, Hegseth replied, “Don’t care. We’ll see you on December 3.”
Expect lawsuits to be filed before rogue leftist judges. The left is morally outraged, but their moral magazine is empty:

I have no tolerance for the people opposing this execution. I won’t give them an iota of credit for good intentions. Among them are the people who ignore the slaughter of 1200 Israelis and others on October 7, 2023. People like Hasan Piker and Abdul El-Sayed, who have no sympathy for those murdered on 9-11. People like Zhoran Mamdani who think the demons of Hamas ought to be mourned just as the innocents they slaughtered are mourned. People who wish for the death of Donald Trump and who express disappointment that their three attempts to date have failed. People who delight in the murder of Charlie Kirk, or any other decent, law-abiding American.
When you support the murders of innocents, when you give aid and comfort to terrorists and barbaric nation-states, when you wish harm on others merely because they oppose your politics, or you think they might, you’ve surrendered any claim on moral virtue and aligned yourself with evil. You are no countryman of mine, nor of any other decent, loyal American who honors the Constitution and upholds the rule of law.
Hasan has had every drop of due process America affords citizens, and more. He arguably committed an act of war and was properly convicted under the UCMJ. Every appeal failed, and he would have been executed long ago, if not for feckless officers and presidents.
Sending him to hell—no 72 virgins for him—is the justice a just, moral society deserves and is negligent in withholding. A truly moral people accept and carry out every act morality and order demands, and televising it makes that necessary and final.
Only then will his victims rest easy, and to hell with his supporters. They’ll have to settle up with God later.
