The Left has become increasingly violent in its assessment of Donald Trump and his administration. Its derangement seems to know no bounds, and many on the Left are prepared to see him cast out of the presidency. Democratic politicians who embrace this attitude are to blame for ramping up the heat and hatred toward him, and they should be mortified by their own rhetoric.

But their rage continues unabated.
One recent poll by the Center for Strategic Politics, conducted in conjunction with the liberal pollster Liberal Currents, has verified the escalating rancor:
Indeed, support for an impeachment, conviction, and removal received the highest amount of support, with 75% of respondents feeling ‘very positive’ about that route. Being removed via the 25th Amendment was a close second at 70%, Trump passing away ‘overnight in his sleep’ received a shocking 45%, and being removed by a military coup as a means to ‘safeguard the Constitution’ sits at a 43% ‘very positive’ ranking.
Support for assassination registered at 29%.
The tragedy of these opinions is that they are based on Leftist propaganda and very few facts. Democrats are intentionally stirring up the mob, and given how Donald Trump infuriates many people on the Left, that mob is becoming more and more inflamed. It’s clear that the Left has no limits on the lengths to which it will go, not only to discredit Donald Trump, but also to encourage his demise.
Nor would many of their constituents be able to give you reasoned explanations for their demands. In fact, Democrats continually call for safeguarding democracy—although they couldn’t explain what that means—while being prepared to rely on those who would take tyrannical steps to achieve their goals. They have no qualms about advocating political violence.

The environment on the Left has become so hostile that one organization, the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI), describes it as an “assassination culture,” in which people have taken violent and destructive steps.
A person need only look at the Black Lives Matter riots; the physical attacks on ICE agents for simply doing their jobs; the assassination of Brian Thompson, CEO of UnitedHealthcare, and the celebration of his assassin; and the assassination of Charlie Kirk by Tyler Robinson, a man who was praised for killing Kirk. In all of these instances, people celebrated the violence.
Especially frightening is the speculation about the future of our country. Many people think the only way we can survive is by “taking out the enemy”; others believe that the country and the people on the Right must be destroyed to save our future. Still others hope that the United States will be laid waste so that we will need to rebuild from scratch by establishing a totalitarian, socialist regime.

Perhaps those desires are only hyperbole.
But who will be left to pick up the pieces?
