Jon Ossoff became a US Senator from Georgia in 2020 when the elections were, to put it kindly, questionable. He’s up for reelection this year, and there are the usual signs he’s running for president in 2028, though he denies it.  Signs like, as the media puts it, looking “beefier” and speaking in “Obama-like cadences.” He also appears in tailored, almost too-tight shirts with rolled-up sleeves, and while his hair isn’t quite Newsom bad, it does look like it would crack if he fell down. Best yet, he spends thousands on a Hollywood makeup artist.  In other words, by Democrat standards, he’s just like us.

He’s also a creature of Democrat delusions in other ways. Among them, he’s suffering from a particularly hateful form of Trump Derangement Syndrome—TDS. As a senatorial TDS sufferer, it’s essential to be at the forefront of Trump Derangement, which he recently demonstrated with this insinuation:

That didn’t play well on social media or anywhere else, so Ossoff immediately ran to MS Now to backpedal:

Notice to whom Ossoff ran to backpedal: Jen Psaki, Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary. That’s right, a presidential aide who constantly traveled with him. Ossoff whined:

Ossoff said he invoked Harp as she’s been photographed with Trump repeatedly in recent months, raising questions about her role and influence.

Ossoff said he has heard Harp “referred to as [Trump’s] security blanket,” adding that “the West Wing is full of sycophants who tell [Trump] what he wants to hear and enable him” and “so is the United States Congress.”

In the meantime, Democrats did what they always do when a Democrat is caught saying or doing something illegal, cruel, unethical, stupid, or all of the above: they blame Normal Americans for noticing and saying something about it:

So, Ossoff, apparently out of the blue, insinuates that President Trump’s Executive Assistant, a cancer survivor whose job requires her to travel with the President because that’s what Executive Assistants and other aides do, is having an affair with Trump. Democrats, upset Normal Americans have noticed, blame Republicans for noticing and accuse Robby Starbuck of being mean to Muslims, who want to kill us all and wipe out Western Civilization. We know because they tell us that every day.

In the meantime, no one knows where Ossoff got that idea. Did he just make it up off the top of his head, or did one of his aides come up with that and think it would really do Trump in? It bothered Trump so much he nuked Ossoff from orbit:

Considering that Trump’s nicknames for people who make themselves his political enemies tend to stick, and considering that there really is a resemblance, Ossoff is probably avoiding mirrors for the time being.

Ossoff and his defenders would have us believe that Americans, hearing him insinuate that Trump wants to “travel with Natalie,” would not think that means Trump is having an affair with Natalie Harp, but that he’s having an affair with all his aides, including, apparently, the military officer carrying the nuclear “football,” who always travels with him. Even better, Ossoff doubled down on stupid by claiming Americans should have understood he was insinuating that Harp, and all Trump’s aides, and the entire US Congress, are Trump’s “security blanket.”

In order for Americans to believe any of that, they’d have to ignore that Trump is arguably the hardest-working POTUS in memory, a man who seldom sleeps and who is constantly talking, in person, with reporters in formal and informal settings, like on Air Force One. Biden claimed to be the most transparent POTUS; Trump is.

We can be certain Ossoff’s affair insinuation is false for multiple reasons. Among them: he immediately backpedaled. If there was any truth to that insinuation, any evidence, he would have specifically made the charge, and it would be front page/top-of-the-broadcast news for the rest of Trump’s term and beyond. The Democrat media wouldn’t take advantage of the opportunity to attack Trump with something salacious? Riiiiiight.

Even during his backpedal, he wasn’t specific about the insinuation, which any sapient person would understand to be an accusation of an affair. He sidestepped with the lunatic assertion that anyone should understand his insinuation meant every Trump aide and the entire Congress are Trump’s “security blanket.”

So, in trying to be tough, a real Trump-slayer, Jon Ossoff has instead engaged in character definition. He’s slandered an innocent cancer survivor—I’m hoping Mr. Trump funds that lawsuit—sounded like the idiot he is, and branded himself Pee Wee Herman. Anyone who didn’t see the resemblance before does now. His political opponents are going to have fun with that one.

I hope he does fall down and crack his hair.
