Democrat desperation to kill the SAVE America Act, ably assisted by some stupid Republicans, has always been an exercise in hypocrisy. However, because the media is largely on the side of Democrats and against America, much of that hypocrisy goes unnoticed.

Should you care to visit Barack Obama’s presidential library that isn’t a library, you’ll be required to present photo ID before entering to be regaled by the majesty that is Obama and his soaring, immediately forgettable rhetoric. Need to fly anywhere? No photo ID, no flight. Want to get a loan? Cash a check? Withdraw funds from your bank account? Want to buy a beer? Photo ID. And the list goes on and on, now to include—wait for it—Olive Garden.

Olive Garden’s Never-Ending Pasta Pass gives customers unlimited meals, but the restaurant requires passholders to present a valid photo ID matching the name printed on the pass when ordering. Conservatives swiftly shared the restaurant’s X post announcing the policy, praising it and drawing comparisons to the broader debate over voter ID requirements.
Why would Olive Garden do that? Because if it doesn’t, people who haven’t paid for the privilege—who aren’t qualified for the free meals—will take advantage of it and cost the restaurants money. There’s an analogy about voting in there somewhere…

“Olive Garden takes their Pasta Pass security more seriously than Democrats take election security,” White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital. “It’s sad but true.”
“The SAVE America Act is a commonsense policy, supported by the vast majority of Americans, that will secure our elections for generations to come. The only people opposed seem to be Democrats in Congress… I wonder why?” she added.
I don’t…wonder, that is. As Democrat and noted military wrecker Elissa Slotkin recently admitted out loud, if the SAVE America Act passes, it will be difficult for Democrats to win any election. Now, why would that be? Because they can’t win if they can’t cheat.
Particularly since they’ve embraced Islamism and Marxism and are being rapidly consumed by Communists, Democrats are panicking. They’ve always been unaccountably arrogant, which has led them to think they were in control of the Islamists and Marxists. The smarter among them have belatedly realized that it was they who were being controlled all along by evil people and ideologies that have always played the long game and whose tactics work particularly well against useful idiots like the Democrats.

Even if Democrats manage, with the help of stupid Republicans of the Stupid Party, to defeat the SAVE America Act—legislation that at least 80% of the public, including an increasingly small number of sane Democrats, wants—they’re going to be wiped out by the Islamists and Communists they’ve allowed to take over their party.
One would think they’d wake up in time and do what’s necessary to eradicate that anti-American, antisemitic threat, but Communist/Islamist tactics account for that. “Mainstream” Democrats support virtually every part of the Democratic Socialists of America Platform. www.dsausa.org
They can’t excise the political poison that is killing them without admitting their stupidity and anti-Americanism, including the necessity of election fraud.

Statistically, at least some Democrats must be enjoying the Olive Garden Pasta Pass, presumably without giving a thought to the inherent hypocrisy of gladly producing photo ID to load up on carbs while fighting to the death to prevent requiring photo ID to vote for the highest offices in the Republic.
So, circa July 2026, free pasta at Olive Garden reflects our constitutional, representative republic and capitalism. The Islamist/Communist Party certainly doesn’t reflect the honest, secure elections necessary for the survival of the Republic, which surely includes Olive Garden’s Pasta Pass. If Democrats have their way, everything will be free. There just won’t be any of it.
