The Supreme Court has delivered a stunning victory for American sovereignty that every Donald J. Trump voter should cheer.

In its bold 6-3 Mullin v. Doe ruling on June 25, the Republican-appointed justices allowed Trump’s administration to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Syria. Far more importantly, they slammed the door on endless judicial sabotage of immigration law enforcement.
This is not some narrow tweak.
The decision broadly shields the entire TPS program from most court meddling, granting the executive branch sweeping authority over designations, terminations, and extensions for every country involved. It affects well over a million beneficiaries and guts the left’s favorite backdoor for flooding America with third-world migrants.
Lower courts in New York and Washington, D.C., had done exactly what Democrats counted on. District judges and appellate panels, overwhelmingly appointed by blue presidents, blocked Trump’s terminations. They claimed procedural failures and waved around accusations of racial bias, especially regarding Haiti. These jurists kept hundreds of thousands shielded from their lawful deportation while lawsuits dragged on for months.
The Supreme Court cut through the nonsense.
Justice Samuel Alito’s majority opinion made clear that the TPS statute bars judicial review of presidential determinations. No more activist judges playing immigration czar. The dissenting liberals waxed poetic about immigrant vulnerability and arbitrary executive power. They failed to mention that the real arbitrary power belonged to Democrat administrations that twisted a temporary humanitarian program into permanent relocation.
Democrats weaponized TPS for years.
Joe Biden added new countries like Afghanistan, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Myanmar, Ukraine, and Venezuela. Meanwhile, he extended old designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. Biden, and his border czar Kamala Harris, built on Bill Clinton and Barack Obama precedents. Under prior blue administrations, programs for Central America and the Caribbean stretched long after they were supposed to end.
For instance, Obama kept redesignating and extending for El Salvador (whose TPS status was awarded in 2001), Honduras and Nicaragua (1998), and Haiti (2010), letting beneficiaries rack up long-term legal presence and work authorization. What was supposed to last 18 months became a lifetime invitation.
This was never about compassion. It was a deliberate strategy to import voters and establish one-party Democrat rule.
The damage is undeniable and infuriating. Third-world migration has slammed taxpayers with massive costs. Low-skilled arrivals and their families drain far more in benefits than they contribute, with lifetime net deficits running deep into six figures per person at all levels of government. Schools overflow. Hospitals strain. Welfare rolls swell. American workers watch wages stagnate while infrastructure buckles.
These are not victimless statistics. They represent vanished opportunities for working families, higher taxes for seniors on fixed incomes, and overcrowded classrooms where kids fall behind.
Culturally, the toll runs even deeper.
Large inflows from developing regions slow assimilation, create ethnic enclaves, and erode social trust. Gaps in English, education, and even romantic practices persist across generations. Some communities import values hostile to American exceptionalism, individual liberty, and rule of law. Crime data shows troubling patterns in certain gang activity tied to specific migrant streams.
First-world civilization declines as rapid demographic changes shape whatever passes for society. Americans in high-migration areas feel it daily: less cohesion, more division, weaker communities. This is not the melting pot of old. It is fragmentation by design.
Politically, Democrats reaped exactly what they sowed.
Migrants and their descendants from these regions vote overwhelmingly for the left. There are solid blue majorities in election after election. Why? Because the donkey’s party promises endless amnesty, welfare, and softer borders.
Third-world immigrants and their offspring have radicalized the Democrat ranks. Look no further than June’s New York primaries. Socialist candidates crushed mainstream Democrats in immigrant-dense districts. Darializa Avila Chevalier toppled a powerful longtime congressman, despite her insistence upon destroying Western civilization, refusal to disavow communism, and calls to not only abolish the police, but prisons.

Brad Lander and Claire Valdez delivered similar wins, amplifying demands for open borders, anti-capitalism, and extreme opposition to Israel. These victories prove the mechanism: import third-world migrants, harvest their votes, shift the party hard left, and lock in power. Republicans who ignore this pattern are fools. Especially since more white, homegrown college graduates champion the cause of third-worldism.
On a brighter note, Trump dramatically expands ICE and accelerates deportations. He has restricted work permits and visas to protect American workers. He has suspended refugee admissions, ended catch-and-release, and reinstated Remain in Mexico. He is building the wall, has declared a border emergency, and launched denaturalization efforts. He signed the Laken Riley Act. He is doing his level best to purge voter rolls of ineligible aliens, while cracking down on sanctuary cities and fraud.
These are not half-measures. They constitute the most aggressive immigration law enforcement in American history.
The left screams racial prejudice and cruelty. They are wrong, and the Supreme Court rightly rejected their constitutional claims. Statements reflecting policy opposition to endless TPS are not racial animus. The real injustice is forcing Americans to subsidize permanent settlement for people from third-world countries.
Democrats in the Biden-Harris era turned America into an open borders clearinghouse. They ignored the suffering of Americans displaced in their own homeland.
This high court win carries enormous implications for making America great again. It neutralizes a favorite Democrat loophole and limits future sabotage. It signals that courts will respect statutory limits on judicial overreach. For the first time, real control over TPS stands where it belongs: in executive hands accountable to voters, not activist judges.
Every Republican voter, and every American who loves this country, should treat this as a five-alarm call to action. November is coming. If Democrats capture one or both houses of Congress, they will weaponize every subpoena, every budget lever, and every bill to hamstring Trump. They will go all-out to restore the old chaos, and flood the country again with third-world immigrants that bolster the blue electorate.
Democrats have shown their hand in New York and in every sanctuary city. They want the Biden-Harris nightmare back: open borders, American last.
Non-lefties would be insane to sit this one out. They should strongly support candidates who stand with Trump’s immigration law enforcement agenda. Mullin v. Doe proves the fight is winnable when good Americans stand firm. The Supreme Court played its part. Now voters must deliver the decisive GOP majorities to finish the job. Reject the mealy-mouthed excuses. The stakes are your children’s future, your wallet, your safety, and the survival of the American way of life.
The TPS ruling is fantastic news precisely because it goes so far. It is miles from the final victory, yet stands as a powerful step toward ending the third-world invasion, restoring first-world order, and reclaiming American nationhood.
While many in America hate this country, others want only the best for it. That means safer streets, better jobs, happier individuals, stronger communities, more agreeable politics, and a recognizable nation-state. This is the moment to wake up and make a plan to win the November contest. The prize is nothing less than America’s future. The Supreme Court has spoken. Now the people must answer.
Will they?
