Given the self-regarding and hypocritical revelations that came out this week in the diaries of Dr. Anthony Fauci, who can be credibly called the author of COVID and its response, it probably shouldn’t surprise anyone that Fauci took the Fifth at his ongoing hearing in the Senate this morning, led by Sen. Rand Paul:

He’s quite the resentful little gnome. And what was he doing creating a personal diary on a public government server? He didn’t say, yet he treated the inspection of the public documents, which RFK and Paul unearthed with great difficulty, like some kind of invasion of his privacy, which is suggests he thinks it was ‘his’ computer server, not the government’s. Then he claimed that the public documents were released to embarrass him, and he should be embarrassed, given the vain, self-regarding things he wrote in addition to the way the diaries exposed the differences between his public and private faces during the COVID pandemic. He ended with a huffy call to take the Fifth, sounding like Lois Lerner.
I certainly agree with this articulate observer about the hypocrisy of it all.
There we go. The sociopath while bragging about his decades of cooperation with legislators says he’ll invoke the fifth when answering their questions. That’s a different kind of respect from the one with which I’m familiar.

What followed after that was probably even more disgusting. As Fauci stayed silent, his lawyer seated next to him couldn’t stop talking.

There will be consequences for Fauci’s failure to testify. One of the individuals in Fauci’s army of lawyers decided to act up, and therefore they were removed.

The point being that this testimony is less about prosecuting Fauci than it is about getting the truth out. The Fauci team seeks to keep the coverup intact.
It wasn’t just the lies, the smarmy differences between what Fauci wrote in his diary and what he told the public.

It wasn’t just the horrible response to the COVID pandemic which did so much damage to the U.S. economic and political system, including the ushering in of mass mail-in ballots, which are an open door to election fraud.
It was in the smearing of the questioners, the truth tellers:

The Great Barrington Declaration signers were smeared. Dr. Martin Kulldorf, Dr. Robert Malone, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya were all harassed and portrayed as weirdos for questioning Fauci’s false narratives.
Now it’s vindication time and Fauci’s attorney got some comeuppance. Note the command of facts and commanding presence of Paul, who has done his research, This event strikes one for truth.
