Disgraced former FBI director James Comey has been indicted for posting \u201c86 47.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0The DoJ has also opened an investigation of E. Jean Carroll for lying under oath about the financial backing for her lawsuit against Donald Trump.\u00a0\u00a0Has the DoJ implemented Rudy Giuliani\u2019s \u201cbroken window\u201d strategy, or is it something much bigger?<\/p>

The radicals are reacting predictably.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve stopped screaming, \u201cNo one is above the law.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Now they\u2019re behaving as though their anthill just got kicked.\u00a0\u00a0The lefties are howling that Trump is wasting federal resources on personal vendettas \u2014 while hoping we don\u2019t remember Merrick Garland and Jack Smith.<\/p>\n

In spite of their protestations, the investigations noted above are vitally important.\u00a0\u00a0A subversive conspiracy has been underway for over a decade, with the objective to undermine our constitutional right to choose our leadership.\u00a0\u00a0The Comey and Carroll infractions are just the tip of that iceberg.<\/p>\n

The conspiracy began when Donald Trump announced his candidacy in 2015.\u00a0\u00a0An outsider could not be allowed to jeopardize the D.C. gravy train.<\/p>\n

Deep State conspirators at the FBI and DoJ participated in the Russian collusion hoax.\u00a0\u00a0It was an attempt to derail the Trump juggernaut by surveilling his campaign and casting suspicion on him prior to the election.\u00a0\u00a0Trump was elected anyway.<\/p>\n

After Trump\u2019s first election, the conspirators attempted to overturn our electoral choice.\u00a0\u00a0They launched a special counsel investigation (engineered by James Comey) on a fraudulent predicate.\u00a0\u00a0Congress piled on with two impeachment attempts, based on nothing but rumors and innuendo.\u00a0\u00a0But The Donald barreled ahead.<\/p>\n

When the pandemic hit in 2020, it opened a universe of tactical options for the conspirators.\u00a0\u00a0They managed to drag Joey \u201cSoftserve\u201d (his brain, not his dessert choice) across the finish line with a combination of deception, propaganda, censorship, illegal election changes, and mail-in ballot shenanigans.<\/p>\n

The left didn\u2019t stop with stealing a presidency.\u00a0\u00a0The Donald was threatening to run again \u2014 so the conspiracy continued.<\/p>\n

They tried to bankrupt Trump with civil lawsuits in New York City.\u00a0\u00a0E. Jean Carroll\u2019s was financed by oligarch Reid Hoffman and enabled by a \u201cjust for Donald\u201d change of the law by the Empire State\u2019s Legislature.\u00a0\u00a0She won over $88 million.\u00a0\u00a0Now she\u2019s under investigation for committing perjury during the legal proceedings.<\/p>\n

N.Y. state attorney general Letitia James managed to win almost a half a billion bucks from Trump on a mortgage fraud charge \u2014 that had no victims.\u00a0\u00a0That judgement has been set aside by an appeals court, and now the \u201cBig Tish\u201d is under investigation for lying on her own mortgage application.<\/p>\n

The left also tried to imprison Trump with criminal indictments in New York; Florida; Georgia; and Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

The prosecutor in the New York case convinced a judge and jury that an accounting disagreement could be turned into a felony.\u00a0\u00a0That case has been discharged by the judge (i.e., no penalty) and is currently being appealed.<\/p>\n

The Florida case was for retention of classified documents and involved the first ever FBI raid of an ex-president\u2019s home.\u00a0\u00a0That case has been dismissed by a federal judge, because the special counsel (Jack Smith) was never legally appointed.<\/p>\n

The Georgia case, spearheaded by Fani Willis, actually got Trump in front of a camera for a mugshot \u2014 which he currently uses as his presidential portrait.\u00a0\u00a0Fanni claimed that Trump interfered with the election.\u00a0\u00a0The case has subsequently been dropped because there is nothing illegal about using legal processes to demand redress.\u00a0\u00a0Now Fanni is under investigation for her own improprieties.<\/p>\n

In Washington, D.C., Jack Smith indicted Trump for election interference \u2014 for telling supporters to peacefully protest the certification of the election.\u00a0\u00a0That case has subsequently been dropped, and Jack Smith is being investigated for violation of the Hatch Act.<\/p>

The radicals even tried to assassinate Donald Trump, three times, wounding him and killing an innocent man in the first attempt.<\/p>\n

None of that prevented Donald Trump\u2019s return to the Oval Office, because he didn\u2019t give up on us, and we didn\u2019t give up on him.\u00a0\u00a0For nine years, the left has struck at our president but failed to fell him.\u00a0\u00a0Now the left is being introduced to the consequences of its failure.<\/p>\n

The left is outraged that Trump is seeking retribution.\u00a0\u00a0Duh!\u00a0\u00a0Retribution is a key component of the crime-punishment equation.\u00a0\u00a0The punishment must be severe enough to deter future crimes.\u00a0\u00a0That the left continues to attack our right of self-governance proves that the punishment has not reached adequate severity \u2014 yet.<\/p>\n

The left insists that the DoJ is not Donald Trump\u2019s tool to use against his enemies.\u00a0\u00a0We know that \u2014 Merrick Garland isn\u2019t the attorney general anymore.\u00a0\u00a0The Trump DoJ is actually going after our<\/em> enemies \u2014 those who attacked our constitutional republic.\u00a0\u00a0The left attacked our institutions of law and order and must be held accountable \u2014 or there will be no law or order.<\/p>\n

When a law enforcement officer is attacked, the system reacts far more energetically than it would for other assaults.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s because an attack on a police officer is an attack on the institution we have commissioned to maintain social order.<\/p>\n

When an ICE agent was struck in Washington, D.C., it wasn\u2019t one guy hitting another guy with a sub sandwich.\u00a0\u00a0It was a citizen giving \u201cwe the people\u201d the finger by attacking our agent.<\/p>\n

When E. Jean Carroll sued Donald Trump, it wasn\u2019t a ditz with a bad memory trying to get a windfall from a billionaire with a big mouth.\u00a0\u00a0It was part of a planned conspiracy to undermine our right to choose our leadership.<\/p>\n

When James Comey posted \u201c86 47,\u201d it wasn\u2019t an innocent photo of sea shells.\u00a0\u00a0It was a threat against our president, using the same symbolism violent protestors are using to call for his murder.\u00a0\u00a0The fact that there have already been numerous attempts against on the president\u2019s life makes Comey\u2019s posting all the more egregious.<\/p>\n

Rudy Giuliani used the \u201cbroken window\u201d strategy to clean up the mess that the Dems had made of New York City.\u00a0\u00a0He punished delinquents for misdemeanors to deter them from becoming felons.\u00a0\u00a0It worked.<\/p>\n

Is the DoJ using Giuliani\u2019s strategy in its pursuit of Comey and Carroll, or are they just pieces of a much bigger strategy?<\/p>\n

As silly as James Comey\u2019s posting was, it was an illegal implied threat against a president.\u00a0\u00a0Carroll\u2019s alleged perjury was an illegal undermining of our justice system.\u00a0\u00a0Both acts had a shared objective of preventing Trump from being our president.\u00a0\u00a0That makes both offenses something far more important \u2014 recent acts of an ongoing conspiracy.\u00a0\u00a0As such, Comey and Carroll have reset the statute of limitations for all acts of the conspiracy that came before them.<\/p>\n

Now the conspirators are faced with the necessary consequences of their actions \u2014 without a statute of limitations shield.\u00a0\u00a0James Comey, John Brennen, James Clapper, Letitia James, Fani Willis, Jack Smith, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and numerous others must be held to account for the crime-punishment ledger to balance.\u00a0\u00a0Their combined offenses undermined our right to free and fair (i.e., honestly informed) elections, and all should be treated as such.<\/p>\n

Perhaps prosecution of the Comey and Carroll \u201cwindow breakers\u201d will lead to the eventual downfall of the traitorous conspirators.<\/p>\n
