In San Diego, Judge Jinsook Ohta, a Biden appointee, of course, hails herself in self-laudatory Federal Bar Association biography (which, seems to me, could have only been written by herself) as ‘a historic first’ and always ‘giving back to the community.’<\/div>\n
Here’s what she gave back to the community, according to the California Post:<\/div>\n
\n
A machete-wielding MS-13 executioner known as \u201cthe witch\u201d has been cut loose by an \u201cactivist\u201d federal judge in California despite facing an aggravated murder warrant in El Salvador.<\/div>\n
David Antonio Aviles Perez, 35, was captured by ICE agents in San Diego in April on an international warrant accusing him of aggravated murder.<\/div>\n
He had been held in federal custody pending his removal from the US.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
The lawmen didn’t do anything wrong here. In fact, they went to a lot of trouble to capture him.<\/div>\n
Yet Ohta lawlessly let this monster out despite a standing aggravated murder conviction and warrant from El Salvador, whose judicial system is\u00a0in possession of movie clips of his gang buddies forcing a rival gang member to kneel with their hands on his shoulders while Aviles Perez, along with another MS-13 sicario<\/em>, shot him in the face, chest and back. Since Aviles Perez’s illegal entry into the U.S. through unknown means, the Department of Homeland Security says he’s swung a machete at a homeless man who got into an argument with him, been arrested for possession of a ‘controlled substance,’\u00a0 and engaged in petty theft on American soil.<\/div>\n
But in Ohta’s judicial ‘reasoning,’ if that is the word for it:<\/div>\n

Ohta said in her decision that Aviles Perez \u2014 who still has an active aggravated murder warrant in El Salvador \u2014 must be released unless federal authorities can prove at a bail hearing that he poses a danger to the community or is a flight risk.<\/div>\n
The release comes despite the allegations against Aviles Perez, who was wanted in El Salvador in connection with a brutal gang murder.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
So swinging a machete against someone here, carrying fentanyl, and stealing from locals in the states doesn’t count, let alone contract killing in another country.\u00a0As for flight risk, sneaking into another country as a ‘gotaway,’ which takes more guile and skill\u00a0than paying a human smuggler, is nothing to be concerned about.<\/div>\n
Which is about as dishonest as such things get.<\/div>\n
Ohta, in her self-lauding biography, claims she has a “passion” for serving “vulnerable communities” but obviously, those communities don’t include ordinary Americans. What is she going to say when this dirtbag inevitably swings another machete or otherwise tries to murder another American, which is oh-so-likely to happen? More ‘passion for vulnerable communities’? She’ll fail to return calls from the press and then write another self-praising hagiogaphy, probably for political purposes, telling us how wonderful she is, giving back to the community and all. We know now what she ‘gives back’ to the community.<\/div>\n
She’s not the only lawless judge with a third-world understanding of U.S. law and a complete contempt for order.<\/div>\n
A second judge on the same federal court as Ohta, also a Biden appointee, also foreign-born, one Linda Lopez, let another illegal of this caliber out to roam among us, too.<\/div>\n
According to the Post:<\/div>\n

Aviles Perez\u2019s release came as another gang-affiliated Salvadoran, Luis Valle, was also ordered released from ICE custody while awaiting removal.<\/div>\n
Valle, a convicted first-degree murderer, was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole for a murder he committed in Los Angeles in the early 1990s. He was released from state prison on parole just last year.<\/div>\n
Last Wednesday, Linda Lopez, another judge on the same court as Ohta, ordered Valle released from ICE detention, ruling there is \u201cgood reason to believe that there is no significant likelihood of his removal in the reasonably foreseeable future.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Funny how she can read the minds of the feds, whose attempts right in front of her face to scoop up this dirtbag and send him to his legal homeland tell the opposite story.<\/div>\n
So let’s look at Lopez’s self-lauding Federal Bar Association biography, which the website claims at the bottom was written by her law clerk; a hard sell, given that law clerks aren’t going to have that much information unless their bosses spoonfeed it to them.<\/div>\n

Judge Lopez has proudly and effectively utilized her native Spanish\u2011speaking ability in representing her clients, many of whom were undocumented immigrants and monolingual Spanish speakers. As a child of immigrants, one of the highlights of Judge Lopez\u2019s responsibilities on the federal bench has been presiding over naturalization ceremonies in San Diego and issuing the oath of United States citizenship. To date, Judge Lopez has presided over three naturalization ceremonies.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
I’m sure she’d like to make Valle a citizen, along with every other illegal and in a way, she already has, by thwarting ICE from returning him home to El Salvador.<\/div>\n
Her ugly hagiography continues:<\/div>\n

Four years after working at the criminal defense firm, in 2003, Judge Lopez opened her own firm in Miami practicing primarily criminal defense work in both state and federal court. She represented both retained defendants and indigent defendants appointed to her as part of the Criminal Justice Act (\u201cCJA\u201d) Panel. The CJA Panel is a group of court-appointed attorneys who represent individuals in criminal cases who are unable to afford counsel. In 2007, Judge Lopez moved to San Diego with a new goal and purpose. She was determined to bring her hard work, dedication, legal skills, and ability to advocate for her clients to a district where the caseload was\u2014and still is\u2014so large and where the defendants needed strong advocates. She joined the Federal Defenders of San Diego as a Senior Trial Attorney. In this role, she represented indigent defendants charged with violations of federal law, including entering the United States illegally, importing and\/or transporting controlled substances, alien smuggling, fraud, gun offenses, and violations of supervised release. Judge Lopez zealously represented her clients, while simultaneously maintaining a collaborative relationship with the prosecutors from the United States Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Her career has been all about representing and defending bad guys — drug dealers, weapons smugglers, parole violators — advocating for them, getting them off the hook.<\/div>\n
It’s a dirty job and some lawyers need it, but it doesn’t make them good judges, let alone fair ones, given that a judicial temperament is required to be on the bench, not a long history of getting foreign criminals off the hook.<\/div>\n
Her allowing this criminal who murdered someone in the U.S. to evade deportation back to his homeland speaks hard to an emotional, politicized, very bad judge who doesn’t belong on the bench. I’d like to see what her other judgments have wrought on the community.<\/div>\n
Oh, and she, too, brags about ‘giving back’ with her bio going into full gusher mode:<\/div>\n

These are just a few examples of Judge Lopez\u2019s commitment to public service as her dedication and enthusiasm for giving back to the community knows no bounds.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Boundless! Like the boundless love of God! It also knows no decency at least for\u00a0the community to not have foreign killers inflicted upon them, free to kill again.<\/div>\n
These two toads on the bench don’t belong there. They wax about ‘giving back’ to the communities when what they mean is giving back to the foreign criminals who prey on those communities and decimate them.<\/div>\n
The pair of them should be impeached and thrown out of office. These cases show that they\u00a0are unfit to judge any cases with impartiality.<\/div>\n
