\u201cThis is proof Trump put our service members at risk to get Venezuelan oil for his billionaire buddies,\u201d he continued. \u201cPutting our soldiers\u2019 lives on the line for private profit is a gross dereliction of his constitutional duty.\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Really? Funny how he seems to confuse Trump’s team with how his fellow Democrats behave whenever a large amount of money is on the table. Never mind about the lower prices at the pump.<\/div>\n
Which of course he knows, but doesn’t like, because Trump will be the one doing it. He needs to go back to his margaritas.<\/div>\n

Sen. Tim Kaine <\/span>(D-Va.), who serves on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, accused the president of using Maduro\u2019s ouster to \u201ccontrol Venezuelan oil.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWill prices come down for Americans? Who knows but likely not as much as Trump has forced them up thru his idiotic Iran War,\u201d Kaine wrote on the social platform X.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cBut here\u2019s a guarantee\u2014this will pad the pockets of Trump family and Big Oil companies and delay transition to cleaner energy,\u201d the Virginia Democrat continued. \u201cBottom line\u2014Using our troops for a private oil grab is corruption at epic scale!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Ahh, now we know what’s going on: He’s upset that more oil coming onto the market might just make his greenie schemes less attractive to Americans. You know, the same greenie schemes that made characters like the Solyndra bunch rich. Once again, Democrats accuse others of what they themselves are already doing.<\/p>\n

Invading Venezuela and kidnapping its president was never about stopping the flow of drugs into the U.S. It was always about the oil.<\/p>\n

He’s always been one of the better Obamatons, so I won’t insist this is a threat come the next administration, but oil major executives from companies such as Chevron and ConocoPhillips know very well what the risks and rewards are. They don’t need CEO lessons in their own industry, about which McFaul knows nothing, schooling them.<\/p>\n

Surely he knows this, so maybe it was a threat in a bid to chase off foreign investors and ensure that Trump’s bid to lower gas prices and establish American energy dominance fail.<\/p>\n

What a picture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The funny thing here is that these arguments are all so weak, so bad, so laughable. All they reveal is that if Trump could cure cancer, they’d be against that, too.<\/p>\n
