It\u2019s called the Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposium, and is hosted and organized by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.<\/p>\n<p>Do you appreciate that they actually let women into the Federal Reserve 12-member Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC)? That\u2019s the bumbling gang renowned for abstruse and monotonous \u201cFedspeak\u201d that keeps infuriating our straight-talking, common-sense president.<\/p>\n<p>Of the twelve current members, five are women. Of those, at least four are considered \u201chawkish,\u201d meaning, essentially, that they are inclined toward raising interest rates. They include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lisa Cook. (she won\u2019t go gracefully even though Trump wants her to scurry away).<\/li>\n<li>Beth M. Hammock,\u00a0who maintains that, \u201cnow is the time to act\u2026\u201d on raising interest rates<\/li>\n<li>Lori Logan\u00a0dared to dissent at the July 2026 FOMC meeting by arguing for a rate hike against the prevailing opinion to hold rates steady.<\/li>\n<li>Michelle Bowman is considered to be a \u201crelative hawk\u201d on the FOMC. Generally, she\u2019s fixated on the risks of inflation and favors a restrictive approach to interest rates.<\/li>\n<li>Anna Paulson insists she \u201ckeeps an open mind,\u201d and is regarded as a centrist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There you have it: four of the five females on the FOMC look for ways to oppose President Trump on interest rates. The other is open to it.<\/p>\n<p>Given how the Fed lowered rates by a substantial 0.50 percentage points just before the 2024 election (that\u2019s considered large), is this a coincidence?<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=5335\">Congress\u2019s Unconstitutional Spending Spree Must End to Stop Fraud<\/a><\/p>\n<p>One imagines that Cook\u2019s judgment is clouded. Emboldened by leftists, she probably harbors sanctimonious hubris and cultivates plenty of feminine spite towards President Trump.\u00a0 If he wants lower interest rates, she will vote to raise them.<\/p>\n<p>The others are relatively affluent white women, and we know how consumed they generally are with TDS. All in all, their soft science, dubious data (including from the Bureau of Labor Statistics), and cherry-picked statistics allow for prejudicial conclusions. Perhaps political, as well.<\/p>\n<p>The disturbing thing is that they have backgrounds in economics, and we know how wishy-washy that discipline is. For example, their \u201con the one hand, this; on the other hand, that\u201d refrains have become notorious, if not comical. This waffling allows them plenty of room to justify thwarting President Trump\u2019s Golden Age of America. Even worse, making the American Dream (including buying a house) almost unattainable, resulting in despondent young adults seeking &#8220;safe space&#8221; solace in socialism.<\/p>\n<p>These Fedspeak purveyors like the sound of their own voices. After Jackson Hole, I wish them to burrow into their putrid holes and shut their pieholes.
