It\u2019s been more than seven decades, but I can remember the game we used to play as children, known as \u201cSimon Says.\u201d Its objective was to be the first to patiently and methodically cross a finish line. A teacher would issue a command to specific children in a group as they all stood abreast of each other. For example, the teacher might say to one child, \u201cSimon says to take two steps forward.\u201d However, if the order was executed without the requisite permission, \u201cMay I,\u201d the child would have to standfast and await the next turn.<\/p>

Whether we realize it or not, we were playing a rendition of this game during Covid-19\u2019s reign. It began in November 2019 and, within four months, had escalated into an international pandemic. By May 2023, it was officially declared over as the public health emergency came to an end.<\/p>\n

The game we were playing during that time was \u201cFauci Says.\u201d Americans were told he was the country\u2019s leading expert on the pandemic and, thus, possessed all the right answers. We just needed to blindly follow his commands. It was not even necessary to ask for permission first. If we took our vaccinations, we would advance as responsible members of society.<\/p>\n

However, we now know that Fauci lied and people (possibly millions) died.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A man\u2014not only whose ego was fed during the Covid-19 crisis as evidenced by maintaining a 1,889 page diary recording the back-pats given him by others as well as those he gave himself\u2014is viewed both as a hero and a villain today. Writing his diary, Fauci clearly favors the former status, unable to contain his exhilaration over recognizing that \u201cSimon says I\u2019m one amazing guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Astonishingly, there are those who believe Fauci should be considered for the Nobel Prize. However, little evidence other than Fauci\u2019s own diary is necessary to demonstrate into which category he falls. Frankly, considering him for the Nobel Prize is like considering OceanGate\u2014the U.S. tourism and expedition company that had its submersible implode over the wreckage of the Titanic in 2023\u2014for a safety award.<\/p>\n

The foolishness of giving Fauci Nobel consideration was apparent when former US Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC) interviewed Senator Roger Marshall (R-Kan) for Fox News. Gowdy set the tone for the discussion with the following comment:<\/p>\n

[M]ost of us tend to trust doctors\u2026The doctor-patient relationship is a unique one\u2026It just seems Fauci was more of a politician than a physician. I just worry about the damage he did to medicine and science while he was trying to play politics.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Marshall showed no quarter with the following comments:<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no doubt that he was drunk with power. He was drunk with his own\u2026celebrity status when all this was going on. And at the same time, he\u2019s covering up viral gain-of-function research, which he\u2019d been funding for 20 years. So, he was telling his diary one thing, telling the American people another thing. He was sending texts to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) director, to the Surgeon General saying one thing, but then telling the American public something else.<\/p>\n

He says he is the science. You should trust him. He knows what\u2019s best for everybody. And of course, we found that not to be true.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

People are having to stand in line to blast Fauci. The National Institute of Health (NIH) director blasted Fauci due to his public silence about the vaccine causing miscarriages. Yet Fauci noted this concern in his diary, covering up an 82% miscarriage rate. All the while, he still encouraged pregnant women to get the vaccination.<\/p>\n

It has also been revealed that at a time Fauci was promoting the Covid 19 vaccine as having no adverse effects in May 2021, then-Acting FDA commissioner Janet Woodcock warned otherwise, alerting him as follows:<\/p>

I have been contacted by a number of people who have experienced adverse events post COVID-19 vaccination (from all three of the current vaccines). Many are healthcare professionals, some of whom I know. The symptoms do not fit together into a distinctive syndrome and most are not easily quantifiable or evaluated with standard laboratory testing.<\/p>\n

What was Fauci\u2019s response to this? He deleted Woodcock from the recipient list and wrote \u201cwe cannot ignore her\u201d\u2014but then did exactly that.<\/p>\n

And, among those who suffered serious adverse effects from the vaccine was Fauci himself\u2014yet we heard nothing about it.<\/p>\n

Fauci\u2019s diary\u2014entries which were made during the Covid 19 era on an almost daily basis\u2014reveal that his priority was to monitor his image and promote a positive one, embarking upon a course that mandated he hide the truth when necessary.<\/p>\n

Fauci undoubtedly is getting nervous: former NIH senior advisor David Morens, a cohort of Fauci, pleaded guilty to hiding federal records during the pandemic.<\/p>\n

It is unconscionable that Fauci\u2014who hid his funding of the \u201cgain of function\u201d research by China\u2019s Wuhan laboratory which gave rise to the Covid-19 pandemic as a result\u2014should now be considered for anything other than jail.<\/p>\n

Fauci\u2019s actions during the Covid 19 pandemic\u2014as evidenced by his diary entries alone\u2014are totally unworthy of Nobel Prize consideration. He has done nothing to advance science, voluntarily placing millions of people at risk to further his own reputation. When it comes to this award, the selection committee must declare, \u201cSimon says NO!\u201d<\/p>
