But how did the breakdown in individual rights manifest?\u00a0\u00a0Was\u00a0intent behind the panic, or did certain people in power jump at the chance to use a crisis to gain control?\u00a0\u00a0Perhaps it was simply mass hysteria, and no one was behind it, and no one amplified it.\u00a0\u00a0The fact is much simpler: The pandemic led to massive loss of individual rights and enormous disruption of business transactions.<\/p>\n

Tucker takes each amendment and discusses the infraction that the COVID lockdown wrought.\u00a0\u00a0On the First Amendment:<\/p>\n

Churches and synagogues faced capacity limits or outright indoor bans while secular \u201cessential\u201d businesses (liquor stores, big-box retail, casinos in some places) operated with fewer or no comparable limits.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Fauci is just a useful idiot for the actual culprits.\u00a0\u00a0Who are the perpetrators of such a well executed plan to sow mass hysteria across the world?\u00a0\u00a0Their objective was that of any power-mad maniac: control as opposed to individual liberty.\u00a0\u00a0All tyrants exhibit this single trait: Eliminate the concept of the individual by gaining central control.\u00a0\u00a0Government is the vehicle the modern tyrant uses to gain control.\u00a0\u00a0More laws, regulations, taxes, and fees are the tools.<\/p>\n

Their methods vary but always result in loss of individual liberty.\u00a0\u00a0That is the litmus test: Does the politician, bureaucrat, law, or action lead to liberty and individual choice or to central control?\u00a0\u00a0Is another law, regulation, tax, or fee ever going to lead to more liberty, or will each new restraint lead to less?<\/p>

Until we wake up from our slumber, our platitude-induced coma, we will continue to give up freedom to a central controlling entity.\u00a0\u00a0It will be the \u201cgovernment\u201d initially but will eventually devolve into a monarch, a tyrant, or a politburo.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We have historical records of central control\u2019s rise to power and its inevitable demise.\u00a0\u00a0Just look at Communist Russia, Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan during WWII.\u00a0\u00a0Even with this factual evidence, we see socialism and communism gaining footing.\u00a0\u00a0Today we witness the rise of central control in Europe, Canada, California, and New York.<\/p>\n

The threat is real, and the intent exists, but so does the solution.\u00a0\u00a0The battle is ongoing, never won conclusively, but it can be lost if we individuals stop resisting and give up.<\/p>\n

Our path to success is adherence to a principle, and that principle is perfectly articulated in the Declaration of Independence.\u00a0\u00a0It is the fact that our Creator endowed each individual with liberty.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The only entity that can stand against this tyranny is the citizen, the true individual.\u00a0\u00a0This is the person about whom and for whom our Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence were written.\u00a0<\/p>
