And you get Spain to build a containment barrier to keep the \u201copportunity seekers\u201d away from your country \u2014 i.e., all 60,000 of them.\u00a0\u00a0I guess the Spanish P.M. cannot call it a fence for fear that his party will accuse him of sounding like Trump.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s check\u00a0this developing story:<\/p>\n

Spain announced it was installing a 500-meter-long (1,600-foot) containment barrier on the sea border between its North African territory of Ceuta and neighboring Morocco after between 50,000 and 60,000 migrants breached the frontier earlier this week.<\/p>\n

The death toll has climbed to 67, including some who drowned and others who were killed in a stampede to cross a breakwater barrier, the Spanish government said Saturday.<\/p>\n

A handful of exhausted migrants who swam to Ceuta\u2019s urban Tarajal beach Saturday morning were met by soldiers who escorted them back across the border.<\/p>\n

Spain\u2019s interior ministry says the majority of those who entered the Spanish territory in North Africa have already returned to Morocco.<\/p>

\u201cWe are relentless against those who break the law,\u201d Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska told journalists in Ceuta on Saturday.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Relentless against those who break the law?\u00a0\u00a0Please explain that to the women harassed by \u201cvisitors\u201d or shopkeepers fighting looters.\u00a0\u00a0The interior minister\u2019s statement about those who break the law will definitely go down as the joke of the century.\u00a0\u00a0It was this socialist government that set the table for something like this to happen.<\/p>\n

Installing a fence now is okay but way too late.\u00a0\u00a0The unintended consequence of watching these videos is that it may have finally taught the Europeans that the threat is very close to home.\u00a0\u00a0They are calling for\u00a0urgent meetings\u00a0to discuss the problem.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s hope these E.U. leaders come to their senses after watching the border breach.<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, I hope these videos are shown to voters listening to candidates who want to eliminate ICE.<\/p>
