It is true that an admiral is now leading the U.S. Army Europe and Africa command, as well as serving as NATO\u2019s Allied Land Command leader. Normally, that wouldn\u2019t happen, of course, but in this case, the admiral is Lieutenant General Kevin Admiral.<\/p>

In addition to the admiral in charge of a major military command, Gen. Admiral is black. The great thing about his being promoted in Trump\u2019s and Pete Hegseth\u2019s military is that we know he\u2019s there because he earned his place, not because it was handed to him as a politically correct bow-down before affirmative action.<\/p>\n

So, a little bit about him:<\/p>\n

Gen. Admiral did not come through a military college. His Bachelor of Science degree in cellular biology comes from the University of Kansas, and he also has a Master\u2019s from the Joint Advanced Warfighting School. He\u2019s even studied at Britain\u2019s Royal College of Defence Studies (where, presumably, they analyze past glories, before Britain\u2019s self-immolation).<\/p>\n

He joined the army in 1994 via an ROTC commission. Over the years, before his current promotion, he\u2019s held the following commands:<\/p>\n
