The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a statement that it had arrested two Minnesota residents, Shamso Ahmed Hassan and Hanaan Mursal Yusuf, on charges of health care fraud involving autism after allegedly stealing more than $21 million from American taxpayers.<\/p>\n
