On Friday, President Trump attended the\u00a0rescheduled\u00a0White House Correspondents\u2019 Association Dinner after an uninvited gunman brought the original April gala to a premature conclusion.\u00a0\u00a0Even though the would-be assassin had left a confession explaining his intention to murder the president and as many members of his administration as possible, the assembled \u201cjournalists\u201d spent the next few days pretending that they were the intended targets.\u00a0\u00a0In breathless interviews with obsequious colleagues, the \u201cheroic journalists\u201d in attendance told dwindling viewers what it was like to have been so near death.\u00a0\u00a0Suffice it to say, combat veterans and beat cops found it difficult not to roll their eyes at the pampered\u00a0prima donnas<\/em>\u00a0who playact at being reporters while obsessing about their hair and makeup.\u00a0<\/p>

There was also a noticeable suggestion in the April air that President Trump had somehow put the \u201cjournalists\u201d in danger, rather than the other way around.\u00a0\u00a0In fact, had the failed assassin not left an explanation for his crimes, it seems likely that corporate news talking heads would have spent weeks speculating, without evidence, that the gunman was a MAGA fanatic incited to violence by the president\u2019s condemnation of \u201cfake news.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

This was how corporate media handled the September 10, 2025, assassination of Charlie Kirk.\u00a0\u00a0Commentators immediately covered up the fact that a leftwing zealot murdered Kirk.\u00a0\u00a0After the assassination, Jimmy Kimmel (who plays a \u201ccomedian\u201d on TV but is actually a modern-day broadcast news anchor for American leftists)\u00a0told\u00a0viewers, \u201cWe hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

With that glib statement, Kimmel disseminated multiple layers of propaganda.\u00a0\u00a0First, he called the murderer a \u201ckid\u201d in an effort to minimize the barbarity of the leftwing assassin\u2019s crime (which included stealing a husband from his wife, a father from his children, and a natural leader from the American people).\u00a0\u00a0Second, he lied by blaming the \u201cMAGA gang\u201d for Charlie\u2019s murder and saying nothing about rising threats from leftwing violence.\u00a0\u00a0Third, he diminished the seriousness of the political assassination and pretended that the whole story was nothing more than a fabricated and calculated brouhaha devised \u201cto score political points.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

The corporate news message was straightforward: Charlie Kirk\u2019s assassination wasn\u2019t really a political assassination because MAGA voters were the ones who did the murdering and sought to profit from it politically.\u00a0\u00a0When ABC briefly pulled Kimmel off the air in response to public fury over the fake-comedian-real-propagandist\u2019s malicious messaging, Kimmel played the part of a victim who was heroically standing up to defend the First Amendment against the \u201cfascist\u201d and \u201cauthoritarian\u201d President Trump.\u00a0\u00a0To this day, Kimmel still tells everyone who will listen how oppressed he is in the United States.\u00a0\u00a0(He does this while flying all over the world and enjoying the privileges of a public megaphone unavailable to most people.)\u00a0\u00a0This is how the corporate news machine minimized the historic nature of Charlie Kirk\u2019s assassination, the dangers of leftwing violence and domestic terrorism, and mainstream media\u2019s culpability in spreading lies, fomenting social division, and inciting murder.<\/p>\n

When a would-be assassin crashed the April White House Correspondents\u2019 Association Dinner, the people who abuse the First Amendment by lying for a living jumped into action by making the story all about the plight of \u201cnoble journalists.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Had they had any integrity or capacity for self-reflection, the \u201creporters\u201d in attendance that evening would have admitted to their audiences that a decade of biased reporting and vile, anti-Trump hatred led directly to at least\u00a0ten assassination attempts\u00a0on the president.\u00a0\u00a0I have not found a single instance of a mainstream \u201cjournalist\u201d publicly acknowledging that false or misleading reporting is even partly to blame for the repeated attacks on the president.\u00a0\u00a0Most of the time, in fact, \u201cjournalists\u201d find a way to blame Trump for saying things that rile people up.\u00a0\u00a0While \u201cjournalists\u201d see their own First Amendment rights as sacrosanct, they see the president\u2019s free speech as ample justification for his murder.\u00a0\u00a0This\u00a0cognitive dissonance\u00a0is why so few Americans trust mainstream corporate news \u201creporters\u201d to say anything truthful.<\/p>\n

For more than ten years, the biggest names in \u201cjournalism\u201d have told outright lies about Donald J. Trump.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve called him a rapist, a racist, and a Russian spy.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve insisted that he would destroy the economy, start nuclear wars, and arrest people for their political beliefs.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve described him as a fascist, a Nazi, a Klan member, an authoritarian, and a threat to democracy.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve told Americans that he is a liar and cannot be trusted.\u00a0\u00a0They\u2019ve refused to cover his speeches.\u00a0\u00a0Then these same \u201cjournalists\u201d feign surprise whenever someone tries to murder Trump, or even more contemptibly, they obscure the would-be assassin\u2019s motives and downplay the seriousness of the threat.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

It\u2019s been over two years since President Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania.\u00a0\u00a0When the assassination attempt happened, mainstream corporate news first pretended that there was no shooter; then they pretended that Trump had not actually been shot; then they mocked the fact that Trump had been wounded in the ear (as if a bullet coming within an inch of ending the president\u2019s life were a joking matter); then they seeded public doubt as to whether the assassination attempt had been faked (while intentionally ignoring the reality that the gunman had murdered local Pennsylvanian Corey Comperatore, who was shielding his wife and daughters at the rally).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

To this day, not nearly enough is known about the alleged Butler assassin or the failures of the U.S. Secret Service to protect the president.\u00a0\u00a0Just as with the other attempts on Trump\u2019s life, mainstream corporate news \u201cjournalists\u201d have failed to ask any probing questions or investigate the matter thoroughly.\u00a0\u00a0When they do mention the assassination attempt, they often lie by framing the shooter as a conservative or MAGA voter.\u00a0\u00a0In other words, just as Jimmy Kimmel did with the murderer of Charlie Kirk, corporate \u201cjournalists\u201d continue to ignore leftwing violence while insinuating or explicitly stating that MAGA Americans are to blame.<\/p>\n

It is fascinating to witness how out of touch and deranged America\u2019s \u201cpreeminent journalists\u201d are today.\u00a0\u00a0They all suffer from a lack of objectivity and a dearth of curiosity.\u00a0\u00a0They are obtuse, ill-informed, intellectually handicapped, shallow, and often pathologically incapable of telling the truth.<\/p>\n

President Trump knows this, and he is unafraid to tell the mediocre people who ask him questions just how unimpressive they really are.\u00a0\u00a0The president\u2019s brutal honesty\u00a0hurts the feelings\u00a0of this odd American caste \u2014 as self-important and entitled as it is moronic and unworthy of esteem \u2014 and its\u00a0humiliated\u00a0members feel compelled to cry like petulant, spoiled\u00a0toddlers\u00a0accustomed to getting their own way.<\/p>\n

While the president used the WHCA Dinner to remind \u201cjournalists\u201d how they all\u00a0covered\u00a0for Dementia Joe Biden\u2019s cognitive decline, both\u00a0CNN\u00a0and\u00a0MSNOW\u00a0were busy complaining about how Trump had torpedoed Americans\u2019 trust in the corporate news media.\u00a0\u00a0Neither network considered how their own \u201cjournalists\u201d might be to blame for losing the public\u2019s trust after their fake-news institutions pushed decades of lies.\u00a0\u00a0They lied about Trump colluding with Russia.\u00a0\u00a0They lied about George Floyd and Black Lives Matter.\u00a0\u00a0They lied about everything to do with COVID.\u00a0\u00a0They lied about Biden receiving eighty-one million votes, more than any candidate in American history.\u00a0\u00a0They lied about Biden\u2019s senility.\u00a0\u00a0They continue to lie about \u201cglobal warming,\u201d mass illegal immigration, and ICE violence.\u00a0\u00a0They even lie about the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and the White House State Ballroom.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Corporate \u201cjournalists\u201d are liars.\u00a0\u00a0They encourage leftwing violence with their lies.\u00a0\u00a0They deserve neither our respect nor sympathy.\u00a0\u00a0They have earned our mockery.<\/p>
