Physicians hold a place of honor and respect in our society and, until recently, rightfully so. Medical school admission relied on merit, and years of rigorous, exhausting work preceded a newly minted doctor\u2019s entry into practice. While every profession has always been limited by having to hire exclusively from the human race, the medical profession zealously upheld the highest standards of science and professional skill.<\/p>\n

There are always exceptions, but one could be reasonably sure, until recently, that just about any physician knew what they were doing. One could rest assured that physicians understood that there are fundamental differences between men and women and that failing to recognize those differences could have destructive, even deadly, consequences. Men, not producing eggs or having uteri, could not become pregnant and, having no vaginas, could not deliver children. Women, not producing sperm or having penises to deliver it, could not impregnate women or anything else.<\/p>\n

But then-Supreme Court Justice nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, admitting she was not a biologist, set a precedent that educated people have no idea what a woman might be. It was a precedent even medical schools gladly adopted because it freed them from the burdens of stodgy old science and opened new horizons of gender-free, simultaneously inclusive non-medicine.<\/p>\n

At a recent congressional hearing, the chancellor of the University of California at San Francisco, a medical doctor and presumably a biologist, had no idea what a woman, or a woman\u2019s anatomy, might be either:<\/p>\n

The Chancellor of UC San Francisco testified under oath that a “vast majority of pregnancies are in women.” Implying some pregnancies occur in men.<\/p>\n

Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL):<\/strong> Dr. Hawgood, UCSF\u2019s [University of California \u2013 San Francisco] classroom guide titled \u201cFramework for Gender and Sex Concepts in Teaching\u201d advises against using the term \u201cpregnant women.\u201d Instead, it says to use \u201cpregnant people.\u201d<\/p>\n

Who are pregnant people compared to pregnant women? Just curious.<\/p>\n

Dr. Sam Hawgood, Chancellor of UCSF:<\/strong> So that is a part of a curriculum to help our students who are facing a wide diversity of patients. Of course, the vast majority of pregnancies are in women, and I have absolutely no problem with using the words \u201cpregnant women.\u201d I use them myself.<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>Has a non-biological woman ever had a baby?<\/p>\n

Hawgood:<\/strong> A transgender person can.<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>That\u2019s not a biological woman. Has a non-biological woman ever had a baby?<\/p>\n

Hawgood: <\/strong>I would reiterate\u2026<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>No. It\u2019s ridiculous.<\/p>\n

Hawgood: <\/strong>\u2026we take care of transgender patients.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The dean of the UCLA School of Medicine did no better:<\/p>\n

Dubinett:<\/strong> I think, again, as Dr. Hawgood has described, we\u2019re treating transgender people, but we\u2019re doing that in compliance with state and federal law.<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>And you do teach biology?<\/p>\n

Dubinett:<\/strong> Yes, we do.<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>I\u2019m gonna ask you again. Can someone have a uterus and not be a woman? Just say yes or no. Can they?<\/p>\n

Dubinett: <\/strong>Again, I would, I would need to\u2026<\/p>\n

Miller: <\/strong>That\u2019s what your medical school is promoting.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Fox provides more of Dubinett\u2019s lunacy:<\/p>\n

\u201cLastly, Dr. Dubinett, a required course at UCLA medical school advises ob-gyn students not to, and, I quote, assume gender identity,\u201d Miller told Dr. Steve Dubinett, dean of UCLA School of Medicine.<\/p>\n

\u201cOK, from another class in May of 2026. It included a disclaimer that while it uses the term she and women, it does not intend to exclude, and I quote, \u2018those who have a uterus but do not identify with these terms.\u2019 What does that even mean?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Dubinett was unable to explain what that meant, yet this is a dean at one of America\u2019s premier medical schools, a man responsible for the training of America\u2019s future physicians.<\/p>\n

Such is the destruction DEI has wrought. How hard can it be for these supposedly learned physicians to admit that men are men, women are women, trans people are mentally ill, and, when men pretend to be women, have menstrual cramps, or even become pregnant, it\u2019s the duty of physicians to refer them for appropriate mental health treatment, which does not include feeding their delusions?<\/p>\n

Yet so caught up in DEI are they, and so afraid of being called a transphobe, that they harm mentally ill patients, prescribe hormones that will forever alter them, and perform surgeries that mutilate even children. The fact that they do such things demonstrates that they know very well what women and men are but feel the need to bow to deranged social pressure and abandon science.<\/p>\n

One would hope exceptional young men and women are still being admitted to medical school and would recognize this kind of instruction as the dangerous nonsense it is, but one really can\u2019t count on that anymore, can one? After all, DEI admissions guarantee that plenty of students will buy into it and God only knows what else.<\/p>\n
