{"id":3649,"date":"2026-07-26T13:13:43","date_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:13:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=3649"},"modified":"2026-07-26T13:13:43","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:13:43","slug":"the-judiciary-and-the-vanguard-of-the-revolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=3649","title":{"rendered":"The judiciary and the vanguard of the revolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><div><em>There is no greater indictment of judges than the fact that honest people are afraid to go into court, while criminals swagger out its revolving doors. &#8212; Thomas Sowell<\/em><\/div>\n<div>The judiciary has routinely thwarted President Trump\u2019s agenda.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Although this is significant, it does not have the dramatic impact of the courts\u2019 treatment of violent criminals.<\/div>\n<div>Lenient policies undermine deterrence.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>When violent criminals receive light sentences, a message is sent that criminals do not have to fear the consequences of their actions.\u00a0 They often commit more serious crimes in order to test the system.\u00a0 Lenient sentences issued by judges are not based on incompetence.\u00a0 These judges are not naive.\u00a0 They are not compassionate.\u00a0 They are not indifferent.\u00a0 They are driven by an ideology.<\/div>\n<div>That ideology includes prison reform, &#8220;restorative justice,&#8221; and reparatory justice: theories that advocate for lesser or no punishment for serious crimes.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>It was an ideology popularized in Russia during the 19th century by people like Mikhail Bakunin: \u201cThe brigand is the true and only revolutionary in Russia.\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>David Horowitz claimed\u00a0that Fay Stender founded the prison movement that contended, &#8220;There are no criminals, only political prisoners.\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>This ideology has infiltrated the law schools.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Professor Regina Austin from the University of Pennsylvania law asserted that the black community should embrace criminals in its midst as a form of resistance to white oppression.\u00a0 They should embrace them even though they are their primary victims.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Twelve years of the Obama and Biden administrations have filled the judiciary with a large number of progressive justices.<\/div>\n<div>Some sentences are so incredibly light they cannot conceal the revolutionary motives of these judges.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Cook County Judge Steven Bernstein sentenced a 17-year-old drug dealer to probation for fatally stabbing a 15-year-old boy stating, \u201cYou\u2019re a bright kid with a bright future.\u201d\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>A man smashed a 3-year-old&#8217;s face.\u00a0 His social worker told police the man\u00a0was nonverbal and autistic.\u00a0 He was released on a $375 bond.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Judge Rosanne Rosado released a man with 57 prior arrests who pleaded guilty in a random pipe attack causing severe injuries.\u00a0 He got no prison time.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>An immigrant in Minnesota was freed of a plea deal after kidnapping and raping a woman.\u00a0 He repeatedly raped another woman, just months after dodging prison time for two prior rape convictions.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Salt Lake County Judge Douglas Hogan sentenced Richard Mbaye Djassera, 26, Dodjim Leclair, 29, and Nasouh Albasis-Albasis, 24, to 48 months of probation, after all three pleaded guilty in the 2017 rape of a 14-year-old girl and the videotaping of the ordeal.\u00a0 Mohamed Bakari Shei got only 180 days in prison for raping girls aged 4 and 9.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Mohammed Izeddin\u00a0broke into a New York home and raped a woman at knifepoint.\u00a0 He was released without bail.\u00a0 These are only a small fraction of the cases revealing the progressive ideology.<\/div>\n<div>One technique frequently used to protect this \u201crevolutionary vanguard\u201d is the use of the insanity defense.\u00a0 There are countless examples of murderers and rapists who have never served jail time due to this defense.\u00a0 One of the most recent examples is Decarlos Brown Jr. the murderer of Iryna Zarutska. Brown is a diagnosed schizophrenic.\u00a0 He was free on cashless bail.\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Lawrence Reed with 72 prior arrests was released with an electronic ankle monitor after knocking a social worker out cold at a psychiatric hospital. Prosecutors asked Reed to remain locked up, but a judge overruled them.
