The latest hearing in the potential murder trial of a gangsta rappa known as D4vd whom prosecutors accuse of murdering his 14-year-old ‘girlfriend,’ Celeste Rivas, raises\u00a0doubts about that fluffy narrative.<\/p>\n

According to the Associated Press:<\/p>\n

LOS ANGELES \u2014 Text messages between singer D4vd and Celeste Rivas Hernandez shown in court Friday indicate she had gotten pregnant at age 13 and had an abortion more than a year before she was killed.<\/p>\n

In one exchange in early January 2024, D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, apologizes for \u201cputting her through this.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s okay,\u201d she said in a text, \u201cneither of us are capable of watching and taking care of the baby. it\u2019s for the best no?\u201d<\/p>\n

He later apologizes again before asking if it\u2019s his, and she replies, \u201cof course it\u2019s yours David.\u201d<\/p>\n

The testimony came during a preliminary hearing where a judge will decide if Burke should go on trial in Rivas Hernandez’s killing. Prosecutors are seeking to prove Burke began sexually abusing Rivas Hernandez when she was 13 and he was 18, then stabbed her to death when she threatened to reveal their long sexual history and crater a career that had earned him millions.<\/p>\n

They allege he dismembered the body in his garage, and a police analyst testified in the preliminary hearing that samples pulled from apparent blood stains there matched Rivas Hernandez’s DNA. Her body was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla that had been towed from the Hollywood Hills in September, nearly five months after authorities said she was killed. The Tesla was registered to Burke.<\/p>\n

Burke has pleaded not guilty to murder, sexual abuse of a child and mutilation of a body, and his lawyers have said he is innocent.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Which, given the dismemberment detail of the young victim, oddly resembled a second\u00a0abortion.<\/p>\n

It also didn’t take long for the girl to have ‘abortion regret’ which she discussed with her ‘boyfriend,’ according to the AP, which unlike other outlets, did report that relevant detail, and that Burke did seem\u00a0to understand that he was having sex with an underaged girl, which is child abuse, and thus, wanted\u00a0to keep the relationship quiet.<\/p>\n

In a text conversation months later, she says she regretted that she \u201ctook a innocent life of a literal baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

She asks Burke if anyone knows they have sex, and he replied \u201cnope and i want to keep it that way until we married.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

So it was a very ugly picture for the last two years of her life which ended at the age of 14, and actually, probably three or four years, given that Burke\u00a0reportedly met and groomed her from\u00a0the age of 11. I can’t tell from the reporting if the parents were culpable or simply had a difficult child, but something went wrong in the home given the girl’s self-destructive behavior.<\/p>\n

But what’s very\u00a0obvious\u00a0that if Rivas\u00a0had\u00a0an abortion at the tender age of 13, someone would have known about it and should have reported it to the police or Child Protective Services.<\/p>\n

It’s possible it was<\/em> done and the authorities are the ones who did nothing, but I wouldn’t bet on it. Abortionists, after all, have a financial incentive to keep the abortions going.<\/p>\n

But in not reporting the matter, the provider\u00a0would have\u00a0enabled the abuser to continue what he was doing, and\u00a0disadvantaged the parents who based on the news reports, clearly loved her.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Who was the ‘provider’ who got this girl out of the ‘fix’ she was in, which by any objective standard was the outcome of child abuse,\u00a0and in so doing, allowed the evil, toxic relationship to continue until Burke\u00a0allegedly murdered her, stabbing her twice, cutting her up, exposing her body to maggots, and stuffing her into the front trunk of his Tesla, allegedly with haunted house music left playing until the car and its foul odor was towed?<\/p>\n

Under most state laws, if a 13-year-old gets pregnant and comes to any medical personnel asking for an abortion, abortion ‘providers’ are considered medical personnel and\u00a0are\u00a0‘mandated reporters’ of the\u00a0obvious evidence of child abuse.<\/p>\n

In California, to no one’s surprise, the law is\u00a0looser. Under the Child Abuse and Reporting Act (CANRA) any\u00a0suspected abuse must\u00a0be reported to local law enforcement by any registered doctor, nurse or physician’s assistant, given the skeevy assumption that some sex with 13-year-olds, who are below the age of consent,\u00a0is nevertheless, “consensual.” The mandated reporter is allowed to use his own ‘judgment’ which certainly is convenient for the personnel.<\/p>\n

In addition, historically, the attorney general’s office has required any pregnancy of a minor under the age of 14 to be reported to Child Protective Services, the wiggle room being in an exploiter\u00a0being close in age to the victim and under the age of 21.<\/p>\n

So obviously, that leaves loopholes a mile wide for abortionists to wave through and abort babies for any pregnant 13-year-old with impunity and everyone stays in the dark.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Based on the looks of this case, and excluding official dereliction of duty, a\u00a0report to the cops in this Rivas case by the abortion “provider” would have saved the 14-year-old’s life. That doesn’t seem to have happened. So who was it who let the obvious abuse slip by and enabled D4vd to carry out his alleged murder, a seemingly psychopathic one, it appears, given that he made movies about killing a girl, sang a song called ‘Romantic Homicide’ and apparently kept a memento of his alleged killing, the girl’s finger with a tattoo of his name on it, the way serial killers like to do? How could the abuse of the girl not have been obvious? Where was the warning report which should have been there? It could have saved the girl’s life\u00a0<\/p>\n
