Donald J. Trump is a very different kind of President. Not only is he the right man for the job as a true leader\u00a0and fulfilling his promise to Make America Great Again, he also knows how to have fun. The \u201cTrump dance\u201d is iconic. He shows up to more sporting events than any president I can ever recall (typically to resounding applause), is able to joke around spontaneously with just about anyone, and can deliver stand-up comedy better than some professional comedians. He is as lighthearted as he is serious.<\/p>

To the horror of many Democrats who would much prefer the White House remain as it always was, with a useless east wing used only for dull presidential purposes, Donald Trump is changing all that with a sorely-needed ballroom, which will serve as not just a place for fancy state dinners but, as the name implies, it\u2019s a ballroom:<\/em> a large room used for dances. Last I knew, dances were intended to be fun. Obama built a basketball court which entertained, oh I don\u2019t know, maybe just Barack Hussein Obama.<\/p>\n

Also, to the horror of many Democrats, the White House hosted a UFC match on the front lawn in June of this year. In typical Trump humorous fashion, Trump posted a video from the Oval Office on TikTok on June 3, as the arena was being built, and said: “People don’t know that in Paris, France, the Eiffel Tower, 1889 it was built. It was supposed to be taken down immediately after the world’s fair, and then they said: ‘leave it up a little bit longer, and then they said, ‘let’s leave it up longer and longer and longer,’ Well, they never took it down, and you know we’re building something in front of the White House that’s quite attractive to a lot of people. Really, it’s going to have the big UFC fight on June 14, and I’m looking at it and maybe we’ll never ever take it down.”<\/p>\n

Oh, the things my leftist friends posted on Facebook about that would surely have the AT editors censor this if I repeated it.<\/p>

In August, Washington D.C. will host, and for the first time in history, a Grand Prix race. To highlight the upcoming race. a mock pit stop was demonstrated in front of the White House on July 13. So far, my leftist friends have been silent.<\/p>\n

While Tucker Carlson can marvel at Moscow and declare it is \u201cso much nicer\u2019 than any U.S. city, Trump is Making Washington, D.C. Great Again. After a several-decade hiatus since my last visit, where I was the victim of a crime that took place on Pennsylvania Avenue, I look forward to visiting Washington again. Sorry, Tucker, but I do not plan to visit Moscow anytime soon.<\/p>
