The 19th News outlet ran a story on the \u201carresting\u201d image of the woman\u2019s \u201cthousand-yard stare of dignified terror\u201d titled, \u201c The Black woman on the train did not look away. How much longer will we?\u201d (Nevermind the fact that this black woman is actually safer here than probably anywhere else in the city.)<\/p>\n

Representative Don Bacon described the woman as \u201ctough\u201d for sitting next to people who wouldn\u2019t lay a finger on her unprovoked:<\/p>\n
