Did I know that, nine years ago? I should become a prophet!<\/p>\n<p>I went on to say that the university has always been a project of the ruling class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Britland, to educate the second sons of the nobility for the church<\/li>\n<li>In Prussia, to make Germany strong enough to beat the French<\/li>\n<li>In the U.S., Protestant churches building universities to read <em>A Scarlet Letter.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In the U.S., progressives determined to \u201craise up good little progressives and leftist activists.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But why are young educated women like Chevalier all raving lefty lunatics? It is simple, and I wrote about this back in 2020 in a discussion of women and education. Why was climate activist Greta Thunberg depressed, I asked? Because she had been carefully taught to fear climate change. Said I:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>I find that women are much more likely to believe what they have been carefully taught and that men are much more likely to resist being carefully taught.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>That is why <em>David Copperfield<\/em> had to be sent to Mr. Creakle\u2019s infamous school in England. He resisted too much.<\/p>\n<p>Our liberal friends believe they are the wave of the future. In fact, of course, they have been resisting the future since the day after they got rid of the absolute monarchs.<\/p>\n<p>Socialism? A return to the rigid hierarchy of lords and serfs.<\/p>\n<p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2196\" height=\"418\" src=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2608a5d699a54214ec8934cdf42d4464.jpg\" width=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2608a5d699a54214ec8934cdf42d4464.jpg 640w, https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2608a5d699a54214ec8934cdf42d4464-300x196.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\nWelfare state? A feudal structure of pensioned bureaucrats administering failing social services free at the point of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Labor unions? A rigid system giving above-market wages to organized workers for a season.<\/p>\n<p>Government education? A rigid system of teaching the official narrative to kids bored out of their minds.<\/p>\n<p>Business regulation? A way of forcing businesses to pay tribute to politicians and regulators.<\/p>\n<p>Universities? A way of getting the young generation buried in debt and young women spouting woke ideology.<\/p>\n<p>Do you realize that over the last two hundred and fifty years, since King George lost his American colonies to a motley crew that included the \u201cbastard brat of a Scotch pedlar,\u201d we have experienced five technological revolutions: machine textiles, steam railways, steel and electricity, automobiles and mass production, and the electronic internet.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=2191\">Celebrating American Greatness<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Most of the revolutions were ignited by nobodies and anybodies, from Trevithick to Rockefeller to Jobs.<\/p>\n<p>And now the internet is exploding with artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>All along, the activists and politicians had no idea what was happening or how society would change and adapt. But change and adapt it did, even as all the best people were outraged and confused. Alas, the hand-loom weavers and buggy-whip makers and telephone operators tragically lost their jobs along the way.<\/p>\n<p>All along the left <em>knew<\/em> it was fighting for justice for workers, then women, then blacks, then LGBTs, then undocumented migrants, and now young women with useless degrees. Yet the technological revolutions blew through it all and changed everything.<\/p>\n<p>I expect most of us harbor an anxiety that the DSA surge will wreck America. But maybe we should be worried instead about the AI technological revolution, about which Jack Hawkins is about to bellow \u201cRamming Speed!\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Everything is going to change and the folks that imagine they are protected from the future by ivied walls or by government favor are living a fantasy.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And those believing the woke narrative they were carefully taught will be hardest hit.<\/p>\n<p>Any moment, the next Nietzsche will declare \u201cThe Woke God is Dead, and we have killed they\/them.\u201d In the era that is ending, intellectuals and activists imagined themselves as gods, and now everyone except girl college graduates knows they are just dumb bunnies.<\/p>\n<p>But whatabout the new god? X\/Twitter reports that even Elon Musk has ideas about God. Grok:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Elon Musk&#8217;s views on God are nuanced, evolving, and not strictly traditional or religious. He leans toward a philosophical, physics-informed perspective rather than dogmatic faith. He has described himself as a &#8220;cultural Christian,&#8221; appreciates Christian principles, and acknowledges a &#8220;Creator&#8221; behind the universe, but he remains skeptical of organized religion and often references the simulation hypothesis.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I\u2019ve noticed that Elon is not the only tech lord with ideas about philosophy and religion. If I were Pastor Mamdani preaching to his DSA parish of carefully taught twentysomethings, I\u2019d be concerned.<\/p>\n<p>Did you notice that NY Attorney General Tish James is fuming about DSA Tuesday? I understand. Typically, when the progressives move on to fight for their next oppressed victim, the abandoned victims start to vote Republican, after a respectful pause. You think that might happen with black women voters?
