To dovetail off an essay that Bill Ponton wrote for today, I want to expound on the contrivances of the left to deceive the public on the nature of race relations. While Bill addressed media myths, I\u2019d like to focus on the social media space, particularly when it comes to the \u201canti-racist\u201d movement and its \u201cinfluencers.\u201d<\/p>

First of all, let\u2019s recognize that \u201cracist\u201d is simply an anti-white slur, as \u201cracism\u201d can only be a white offense against non-whites. When a black man knifes a woman on a tram in North Carolina and reportedly says \u201cI got that white bitch,\u201d it\u2019s simply mental illness. When blacks crowdfund money for a young black defendant accused of stabbing a white teen at a track meet, leaving comments praising the action and saying it\u2019s always good when a \u201chonkey\u201d and \u201ccolonizer\u201d gets murdered, it\u2019s just a natural and justified response to the \u201cwhite supremacy\u201d of America. When a black man chants \u201cthe only good cracker is a dead cracker\u201d outside a courthouse, he\u2019s just exercising his rights, protected by the First Amendment, and don\u2019t we all believe in the sanctity of the Constitution?<\/p>\n

So, anti-racist should really just be translated as anti-white, and there\u2019s a massive group of the population that identifies with the ideology. And, they\u2019re rewriting history, spewing deceptive contrivances to sway public opinion. Here\u2019s a perfect and recent example, from a loud anti-white \u201cinfluencer\u201d on X:<\/p>\n

The context completely omitted from such a gruesome image is that these strung-up men, Thomas Shipp and Abram Smith, had been arrested for the crime of murder and rape, and were sitting in a jail cell when the townspeople came for them, delivering quick justice. Sure, they hadn\u2019t been found guilty in a court of law, but there wasn\u2019t any debate over whether or not they\u2019d committed the crimes. Furthermore, there was a third individual wrapped up into the debacle, a 16-year-old black boy named James Cameron. When the men went to hang him too, a woman in the crowd testified to his innocence, and out of character for instances of real \u201cmob mentality,\u201d the men let Cameron go. They weren\u2019t blood-lusting, they were justice-lusting. (Cameron always held to the story that Shipp and Smith were the actual perpetrators of the crime.) But none of that stops this image from being virally spread, intimating mob violence against innocent black men.<\/p>\n

This is the case with many lynching images peddled as racial\u00a0<\/p>\n

Or, consider \u201cWhipped Peter.\u201d Everyone has probably seen the image of Gordon, with his back to the camera, showing vicious scars, evidence of a brutal whipping. This image was widely used by Lincoln and the Union as propaganda against the South. What was left out of the story then, just as it is now, is who<\/em> did the whipping, and why: Gordon\u2019s abuser was most probably a black overseer, and it wasn\u2019t a racial issue. The whipper, a man named Artayou, was reportedly experiencing a severe mental breakdown when he beat Gordon, and was fired by Gordon\u2019s owner for such a gross abuse of power and position. (Consider that Jefferson Davis had a strict rule that slaves were not to be punished in any way without his presence and consent to make sure it was never unjust.) As the analogy goes, what kind of farmer takes a hammer to their own John Deere tractor? It doesn\u2019t mean abuses never happened (as they did with Gordon), but this idea that slavery was largely defined by beatings for no reason is a complete farce.<\/p>

What most people in 2026 are also seemingly incapable of understanding is how lax and actually just nonexistent \u201cjustice\u201d is today\u2014and it\u2019s not a good thing. We\u2019ve been conditioned to view justice as immoral, and propagandized into thinking serious consequences for serious offenses somehow equates to abuse or injustice. Consider this tweet:<\/p>\n

The tweet\u2019s author is suggesting serious consequences, and I can\u2019t say that I disagree. It\u2019s the only way to restore any sense of what was the civility and decency that was the norm for so long in the West.<\/p>\n

Adultery in biblical times meant you could be stoned, or even burned at the stake. Just a hundred years ago, rustling cattle (stealing a cow) was a death sentence. Now, affairs and infidelity wreak incalculable havoc, and you can rob with near impunity in blue states everywhere. In fact, criminality and wickedness are institutionalized and oftentimes even sanctioned<\/em> by the system. Harsh consequences make for a healthier and happier society.<\/p>
