…When asked by ABC News chief meteorologist and chief climate correspondent Ginger Zee\u00a0whether the film and its predictions on global warming hold up, Gore responded, “Unfortunately, yes.”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

“The scientists were dead right on all the important elements of it, and it really is insane that we are continuing to use the sky as an open sewer and we’re trapping so much heat every day it’s equal to the amount that would be released by 800,000 Hiroshima-class atomic bombs exploding every day on the earth,<\/em><\/strong>” Gore said during an interview with ABC News at his family farm in Tennessee.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

ABC News is equally unhinged:<\/p>\n

…In a<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0review of key claims<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0by the documentary, ABC News found that the majority of the scientific observations made in “An Inconvenient Truth” have come to fruition or are on track to in the years to come<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yeah.\u00a0\u00a0Not so much:<\/p>\n

In \u201cThe Science,\u201d this is known as \u201cmaking s**t up.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the 20th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of Gore\u2019s crockumentary. Gore, in the finest Obama fashion, won part of a Nobel Prize for being Al Gore and hysterical about the climate. Let\u2019s see just how accurate his predictions really were.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The oceans were going to rise so much from all the melting polar ice that \u201cup to 60 percent\u201d of Florida\u2019s population would have to move to higher ground. Not quite. Florida\u2019s population has since increased from 13 million to about 23 million.<\/p>\n

In those intervening years, \u201cglobal warming\u201d transmogrified into \u201cclimate change,\u201d because\u2014ooops\u2014the global wasn\u2019t warming after all and that couldn’t be hidden any longer.<\/p>\n

Gore predicted Glacier National Park\u2019s glaciers would melt. Nope. Still there.<\/p>\n

Hurricanes were getting more frequent and worse, so bad that in 2013, hurricane trackers had to invent a new category: category 6 hurricanes. None of that materialized.<\/p>\n

The polar ice caps would be totally melted by 2016. Greenland would be completely melted, and also by 2016 the world would reach \u201ca point of no return.\u201d That was just one of the serial 10-year predictions of absolute doom of which he and other climate lunatics have been so fond, all of which have come and gone without anyone noticing the planet was rendered uninhabitable and we\u2019re all dead.<\/p>\n

And Polar Bears were about to become extinct, except Polar Bear populations have roughly tripled since the 1960s.<\/p>\n

In his 2017 sequel, which few have heard of\u2014An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power<\/em>\u2014Gore predicted Manhattan would soon be underwater due to melting polar ice. It\u2019s certainly underwater in taxation, but not in saltwater. All that failure has made Gore even more hysterical:<\/p>

\u201cClimate deniers are really in some ways similar to all of those almost 400 law enforcement officers in Uvalde, Texas, who were waiting outside an unlocked door while the children were being massacred,\u201d Gore said.<\/em><\/p>\n

He added, \u201cAnd confronted with this global emergency, what we\u2019re doing with our inaction and failing to walk through the door and stop the killing is not typical of what we are capable of as human beings. We do have the solutions, and I think these extreme events that are getting steadily worse and more severe are really beginning to change minds.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Well, no, but the UN Climate Panel that said if they got the trillions they wanted to save the world, the global temperature might increase by only 1\u00b0 centigrade by the end of the century suddenly and inconveniently changed their minds:<\/p>\n

The IPCC has published a new generation of climate scenarios \u2013 and buried in the fine print is a remarkable concession:\u00a0<\/em>the extreme warming pathways that dominated climate research, policy, and media coverage for decades were never actually plausible<\/em><\/strong>. It took a while to notice because almost no one in mainstream media bothered to report it.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In other words, the world\u2019s most prestigious UN climate hysterics have admitted the whole inconvenient thing was hyperbolic nonsense. That\u2019s pretty much what \u201cwere never actually plausible\u201d means.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s what all those \u201cin 10 years we\u2019re doomed, and we really mean it this time\u201d predictions meant.<\/p>\n

Gore has come full circle. In the 70s, alarmists predicted an imminent ice age. He\u2019s now predicting another, but not in 10 years. This time, it will be an unspecified date long after Gore, who is 78, is dead, so no one can point out the inconvenient truth he was wrong again\u2014still–to his face.<\/p>\n

Gore struggles for relevance. Even the Democrat Party has moved on from Climate Change, instead embracing trans, Islamists, antisemitism, the evergreen systemic racism, and, of course, Trump Derangement Syndrome.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Climate Change is soooo yesterday; so is Al Gore.<\/p>\n
