Near the end of Joe Biden\u2019s incompetence, corruption, and dementia extravaganza, thousands of pardons were issued \u2014 many for unstated crimes.\u00a0\u00a0Most weren\u2019t done with a pen in a human hand, as our founders intended.\u00a0\u00a0The were done with an autopen \u2014 a machine that can imitate a human signature.\u00a0\u00a0Given Joey \u201cSoftServe\u2019s\u201d mental state, there\u2019s ample reason to question whether the machine-signed pardons were a valid reflection of the president\u2019s will, such as it was.<\/p>

On December 2, 2025, after the magnitude of the autopen signing frenzy became apparent, President Trump declared Biden\u2019s autopen orders invalid \u2014 not because Biden lacked the authority to issue them, but because there was no evidence that he even ordered them \u2014 no audio recordings, no decision logs, no witness affidavits.\u00a0\u00a0All of those pardons may have actually been issued by faceless bureaucrats, whose only power was access to the machine which could hold a pen and imitate Joe Biden\u2019s illegible scrawl.<\/p>\n

The Hunter Biden reinforces that theory.\u00a0\u00a0It was different from Joe\u2019s other pardons because it was signed by the actual hand of the president \u2014 a strong indication that it actually represented the will of the Article II chief executive.\u00a0\u00a0Apparently, Joe cared more about the pardon of his son than the thousands of others issued by his office.\u00a0\u00a0Is that because he didn\u2019t even know about many of the others?<\/p>\n

So what changed after President Trump declared his predecessor\u2019s pardons null and void?\u00a0\u00a0Nothing.\u00a0\u00a0None of the monsters released by Biden has been re-arrested.\u00a0\u00a0None of the Biden cronies who escaped justice has shown contrition, nor begged for forgiveness.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s as if Trump\u2019s order means nothing, because the matter hasn\u2019t been adjudicated \u2014 yet.<\/p>\n

That raises two constitutionally significant questions:<\/p>\n

  1. Did the framers of our Constitution intend that Article II pardon authority could bestow total criminal immunity?<\/li>\n
  2. Is a pardon constitutional without evidence that it represents the will of the president \u2014 which a handwritten signature does nicely?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For presidential pardon authority to be accepted by \u201cwe the people,\u201d the Supreme Court needs to answer those two questions.\u00a0\u00a0Fortunately, DNI Gabbard has handed our DoJ the perfect test case: Dr. \u201cI am the science\u201d Fauci.<\/p>\n

    We now know from Nick Shirley that on Gropey Joe\u2019s last day in office, Anthony Fauci frantically lobbied the president\u2019s office for a pardon.\u00a0\u00a0I suspect Fauci knew he\u2019d gotten out over his skis (legally speaking) and suddenly realized that Merrick Garland wasn\u2019t going to be around much longer to run interference for criminals with an allegiance to the Democrats.<\/p>\n

    Joe Biden\u2019s office responded to Fauci\u2019s plea with enthusiasm \u2014 a blanket autopen pardon (note the signature difference from the Hunter Biden pardon), for any criminal acts he might have committed during his last ten years as the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).\u00a0\u00a0It was something the framers of the Constitution never expected any president to issue: a \u201cget out of jail free card\u201d…for anything.\u00a0\u00a0Total criminal immunity.\u00a0\u00a0Apparently, some people are \u201cabove the law,\u201d provided they have the right connections.<\/p>\n

    Well, Director Gabbard decided to leave office with a bang.\u00a0\u00a0On her last day in office, Tulsi released a treasure trove of documents that implicate Fauci in a possible criminal conspiracy.\u00a0\u00a0It appears that Fauci likely<\/p>
