Yet many in the black community are saying\u00a0they are shocked and saddened that Karmelo is going to be imprisoned for his crime.<\/p>\n

Some are saying things like, \u201cjust another black man sent to prison.\u201d<\/p>\n

One said, \u201cI don\u2019t know what to tell my five boys.\u201d<\/p>\n

WTH?!<\/p>\n

How about, \u201cdon\u2019t murder<\/em> anyone and you\u2019ll be fine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rep. Jasmine Crockett, a Texas Democrat who went to fancy finishing schools and who has been billed in the press as the future of the Democrat party, defended the murderer, called the verdict unjust and\u00a0invented a string of fake\u00a0facts as to what happened, gibbering on about the size of the blade and not the outcome of the size of the blade.<\/p>\n

Are any people more pathetic and misguided than the grievance grabbers?<\/p>\n

Sadly, there are a great many who revel in their alleged victimization, who wear it proudly, caress it, luxuriate in it. It is priceless and precious to them, for it is, oddly, the one thing that they believe gives them self-worth. Their one and only true religion.<\/p>\n

But when your religion is bitterness and entitlement — and idolatry of one\u2019s self<\/em>, it is, of course, no religion at all. It is, in fact, the most pathetic and destructive of delusions<\/em>. For those who succumb to this derangement … and everybody else.<\/p>\n

And it virtually guarantees that things will only get worse for those who choose to be afflicted. Even if a person\u2019s pity party is somewhat justified, the only way to improve one\u2019s situation and achieve peace of mind is to deal with one\u2019s reality and try to make it better.<\/p>\n

There are many examples of those who do just that. And not just of minorities who worked hard to improve their lives. There are countless members of the military who have had harrowing experiences — and have even lost friends and limbs\u00a0<\/em>\u2014 who are grateful for what they have, and successful in life. Think of those who stormed the beaches at Normandy on D-Day and lived to tell the story. Or, in more recent times, of those like Johnny Joey Jones.<\/p>\n

Yet we also have a staggering number of those like far-left, far-insane Crockett, who also went on another racist anti-white rant in which she continued to attack the late<\/em> Charlie Kirk and<\/em> asserted that Dr. Alveda King, Martin Luther King Jr.\u2019s niece<\/em>, doesn\u2019t understand King\u2019s his teachings \u2026 and is probably just a clueless far-right poser.<\/p>\n

Jasmine Crockett and the Karmelo Anthony family would do well to think of the hundreds of thousands<\/em> of Union soldiers who were maimed or killed<\/em> fighting, in large part, so that slavery could be eradicated from this fruited plane. I am not aware of any of their<\/em> descendants demanding reparations, though no group could be more deserving.<\/p>\n

But, of course, they won\u2019t<\/em> consider that, because that would require fairness, honesty, gratitude, decency, and simple human dignity, all of which are anathema to them.<\/p>\n
