{"id":1296,"date":"2026-06-14T10:11:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T10:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=1296"},"modified":"2026-06-14T10:11:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-14T10:11:00","slug":"the-commissars-plans-to-steal-elon-musks-wealth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=1296","title":{"rendered":"The Commissar\u2019s Plans to Steal Elon Musk\u2019s Wealth"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>SpaceX went public this week and, in doing so, made Elon Musk the world\u2019s first trillionaire.\u00a0\u00a0In the same swoop, Musk also made over 4,000 of his employees millionaires.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=1293\">Mamdani rushes free chocolate condoms to ctizens of the Big Apple!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Elon and his employees don\u2019t have that money in a bank.\u00a0\u00a0Much of it exists in stock options.\u00a0\u00a0What no one can argue is that Elon created more millionaires in a shorter period of time than anyone else in history.<\/p>\n<p>This should have been a moment of celebration for Americans.\u00a0\u00a0Musk is a citizen, and his stunning success should have been an inspiration for a generation of potential innovators.\u00a0\u00a0Being number one often drives competitors looking to knock you off your pedestal.\u00a0\u00a0It is the core of capitalism.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, what came out of the woodwork were a few of the seven deadly sins \u2014 namely, greed, lust, and wrath.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One segment of the population attempted to diminish Musk\u2019s accomplishment by claiming that it isn\u2019t fair that he has that amount of money.\u00a0\u00a0The more moronic masses went with \u201cThat\u2019s too much money for anyone to have.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0They went out of their way to gloss over his long list of historic technological accomplishments.\u00a0\u00a0In case you\u2019ve forgotten, here\u2019s the highlight reel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-founded Paypal, which ushered in online shopping for the world.<\/li>\n<li>Reinvented the electric car industry.<\/li>\n<li>Innovated energy storage.<\/li>\n<li>Was a key introducer of vehicles driving themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Built SpaceX.<\/li>\n<li>Created reusable spacecraft.<\/li>\n<li>Created Starlink, which expanded the internet around the world.<\/li>\n<li>Saved free speech online with his purchase and realignment of X.<\/li>\n<li>Introduced Grok (A.I.).<\/li>\n<li>Even rescued the trapped astronauts in the ISS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elon employs roughly 160,000 people around the planet.\u00a0\u00a0His innovations touch every aspect of our society.\u00a0\u00a0To be blunt, he\u2019s Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Ben Franklin, and Alexander Graham Bell, all rolled into one.<\/p>\n<p>Within minutes of him reaching this new pinnacle (it would be foolhardy to think he has peaked), Senators Warren and Sanders crawled out of the shadows and started calling for a \u201cwealth tax.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0They demanded that the federal government take that money from Elon so it can be distributed to the American people.\u00a0\u00a0It is laughable greed, yet a lot of people voiced the same opinion, harboring the illusion that they will somehow get some of the money.<\/p>\n<p>They won\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>Elon Musk already is the largest single taxpayer in the U.S.\u00a0\u00a0For those who claim he doesn\u2019t pay his fair share, he pays approximately $11 billion.\u00a0\u00a0True, in some years he hasn\u2019t realized any income, but I invite anyone who claims he isn\u2019t paying enough to pay a tenth of what he does in taxes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/interstatelogisticshubs.com\/?p=1291\">Kurt Schlichter\u2019s The Attack is the real thing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The idiocy \u2014 that if the federal government did somehow manage to lay hands on his fortune, it would somehow benefit citizens \u2014 is ridiculous.\u00a0\u00a0No one\u2019s taxes would be reduced; the government has never done that.\u00a0\u00a0That\u2019s the same promise made with data centers, and not a single community has seen its taxes drop as a result of a data center being built.\u00a0\u00a0The money would be wasted, as we have already seen thanks to DOGE.\u00a0\u00a0It would be filtered to NGOs and friends of politicians.\u00a0\u00a0No one except them would be better off.<\/p>\n<p>Elon was the darling of the left when he was building green automobiles.\u00a0\u00a0The moment he supported President Trump, the radical progressives not only turned to hate, but endorsed the vandalism of his vehicles and even turned a blind eye to the arson at Tesla dealerships.\u00a0\u00a0Their actions said nothing about Musk and everything about them and the rage they instill against anyone they don\u2019t agree with.<\/p>\n<p>To be clear, going after a wealthy person\u2019s money, even if it is just stock options, is a disincentive for other would-be innovators.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cWhy should I bother to come up with a new thing if the government is going to take the profits from it?\u201d\u00a0\u00a0It is a solidly anti-capitalist, full blown socialist ideal.\u00a0\u00a0Look at how it worked in Venezuela, Cuba, Russia, and China.\u00a0\u00a0Capitalism is the only economic system that provides the opportunity for people to amass wealth and create prosperity for themselves.\u00a0\u00a0Additional tax levies on the wealthy stifle the drive for innovation.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s not just anti-capitalistic;
